    Regional Marketing Execution Lead - Benin

    The Regional Marketing Execution Lead  supports the Channel Marketing Manager focusing on Fragmented Trade in the region to drive shopper and channel management, campaign deployment, and new product management. This role is responsible for defining the channel strategy and picture of success for the AH Fragmented channel, deploying POSM to execute PICOS by micro-segments, and bringing to life both national and regional marketing programs in outlets. The position requires strong marketing acumen, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure timely and impactful execution. We are hiring for multiple locations - West Region (Ibadan), Central Region (Benin) and East Region (Imo/Rivers)

    IS THIS YOU?

    • University Degree in a Business area
    • 3–5 years of Trade Marketing experience (frontline sales experience is a plus)
    • Strong knowledge of beverage products and trade marketing fundamentals (shopper, customer, channel)
    • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
    • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
    • Ability to translate insights into actionable plans and deliver results under tight timelines

    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as a thought leader and partner to the Sales organization
    • Define clear channel strategy for fragmented trade leveraging performance insights
    • Execute and maintain Picture of Success (PICOS) for key outlets and ensure activation of new outlets
    • Deploy and manage POSM inventory to ensure 100% utilization and optimize storage conditions
    • Operationalize brand initiatives (national and regional) and deliver post-activity reporting
    • Drive validation of POSM material quality and explore innovative POSMs to maintain leadership at Point of Sale
    • Support planning, coordination, and communication between Sales, Marketing, and agencies
    • Develop and share best practices across regions
    • Communicate and follow up on execution of Monthly Game Plan to the sales force
    • Ensure on-time and in-full execution of marketing campaigns as per SLA

    Plant Engineering Manager - Challawa

    ABOUT THE JOB

    Plant Engineering Manager will be leading the engineering function to ensure world-class asset reliabilities, maintenance excellence, operational efficiencies, and compliance across the manufacturing lines. You will drive the implementation of maintenance strategies aligned with Group and Regional Asset Care standards, oversee engineering budgets, capital investments and develop engineering talent to support business growth.

    You will play a key role in ensuring plant equipment operates safely, efficiently, and sustainably while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, performance management, and safety excellence.

    IS THIS YOU?

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related engineering discipline.
    • Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
    • Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and COREN certifications will be an added advantage.
    • 7 to 10 years' engineering experience within FMCG manufacturing environments.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
    • Strong experience in maintenance management, asset care management, utilities operations, and reliabilities engineering.
    • Knowledge of maintenance systems, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement methodologies.

    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and maintain maintenance systems aligned with Group and Regional Asset Care strategies.
    • Lead preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance of all assets in the plant.
    • Lead annual reviews of maintenance systems, standards, and engineering practices.
    • Develop and manage the engineering budget in line with business requirements.
    • Monitor engineering expenditure and implement corrective actions where necessary.
    • Conduct engineering capability assessments and identify future development needs.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership support to direct reports.

    Haulage Planner

    As the Haulage Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement and availability of finished goods across the supply chain network. You will be responsible for planning haulage activities, managing stock deployment across Distribution Centres (DCs), and ensuring optimal inventory levels to support business demand.

    You will leverage planning systems such as Blue Yonder and SAP S4 HANA to coordinate stock transfers, monitor inventory performance, and collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams. This role requires strong analytical capability, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service levels while minimizing stock shortages and write-offs.

    IS THIS YOU?

    • Bsc/HND in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
    • 3–5 years of progressive experience in Logistics Planning, Demand Planning, Production Scheduling, or Supply Chain Operations
    • Experience within a high-volume FMCG or beverage manufacturing environment is an advantage
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand, supply, production, and logistics planning
    • Advanced knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW, and Blue Yonder planning systems
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
    • Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the weekly haulage and stock planning process through the Blue Yonder system, integrating production and sales plans across the supply network
    • Create and manage Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) to ensure timely and accurate deployment of finished goods
    • Monitor inventory levels daily and implement actions to prevent out-of-stock situations
    • Ensure all locations maintain sufficient finished goods inventory to meet business demand
    • Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to drive operational excellence
    •  Facilitate haulage and stock review meetings to ensure alignment and execution of plans
    •  Promote best practices in haulage planning and inventory management
    •  Maintain haulage planning master data within Blue Yonder, ensuring planning accuracy and system effectiveness
    • Monitor product shelf life and stock ageing to minimize write-offs and inventory losses
    • Build strong working relationships across supply chain functions to ensure seamless execution of stock deployment plans
    • Participate actively in weekly regional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews
    •  Ensure transparent communication of haulage plans and inventory performance to stakeholder
    • Measure haulage plan execution and provide performance reports as required
