    Transformation Analyst

    Job Summary

    • The Transformation Analyst provides hands-on execution support to the Strategy & Transformation function’s transformation portfolio. Working under the direction of the Transformation Manager, the holder contributes structured analysis, workstream-level project tracking, stakeholder coordination, and research to keep CEO-prioritized initiatives on track. This is a growth role. The holder is expected to develop rapidly from execution support into independent workstream ownership within 18 months, building the problem-solving, stakeholder management, and delivery skills required to lead transformation work at ARM.

    Job Details

    • Initiative execution support. Provide structured analytical and coordination support on active transformation initiatives. This includes maintaining workstream plans, tracking milestones and dependencies, preparing status updates, coordinating across BU workstream owners, and flagging risks and delays to the Transformation Manager.
    • Analysis and problem-solving. Conduct the analytical work underpinning transformation initiatives — data gathering, process mapping, benchmarking, root cause analysis, options assessment, and business case development. The holder is expected to produce work at a standard that can be presented to BU leadership without significant rework.
    • Stakeholder coordination. Manage the operational rhythm of assigned initiatives — scheduling, agenda preparation, action tracking, follow-up with BU counterparts. Ensure that meetings produce decisions and commitments, not just discussion.
    • Portfolio reporting. Contribute to transformation portfolio updates by gathering data from BU initiative leads, maintaining tracking tools, and preparing draft reporting for the Transformation Manager’s review.
    • Research and benchmarking. Conduct research on transformation best practices, peer approaches, and relevant market developments to inform initiative design and to support the Transformation Manager’s problem-solving.
    • Independent workstream delivery. As capability develops, take ownership of discrete workstreams within larger initiatives — managing BU counterparts, tracking delivery, and reporting progress independently. This is the primary growth trajectory of the role.

    Requirements

    • 3–4 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, project management, or a transformation/change management role
    • Strong analytical foundation — comfortable with data analysis, financial modelling, and structured problem-solving
    • Experience working in or with financial services organizations
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
    • Proficiency in presentation development and written communication at executive standard
