    Retail Business Manager ( North-East)

    The job holder is charged with coordinating sales activities, development and implementation of strategies and plans to achieve expected levels of sales at the retail outlets across designated region. Optimization of company’s assets for sales and marketing of all company‘s products across the retail outlets and providing leadership to the RMA within the region to deliver set targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Business development of the company operated outlets in the region.
    • Provision of mentorship to RMAs
    • Lead the drive for the growth of AP’s market share in the region
    • Ensure compliance is maintained with AP’s policies in operation area.
    • Deliver on volume, revenue, profit and OPEX set targets
    • Provide leadership to the team to foster collaboration needed to function as a unit.
    • Relationship management with key stakeholders.
    • Drive regulatory compliance within area of operation.
    • Set budgets and conduct periodic performance appraisal for RMAs
    • Ensure compliance with HSE standards across all retail outlets in the region
    • Liaise with Terminal operations and fleet to ensure product availability and optimal stock quantities for the stations
    • Propose product prices to drive profitability and revenue.
    • Keep abreast of industry and market trends, as well as competition at the regional level to support strategic decision making
    • Drive the deployment of effective strategies to increase footfall at the retail outlets and strengthen the brand.
    • Participate in business development activities throughout the retail space.
    • Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements in business operations across the region
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field. 
    • Minimum of 5 years in a retail position 
    • Good knowledge of Ardova’s products and services 
    • Good understanding of the local and international Oil & Gas sector including guiding principles and regulations. 
    • Good knowledge of marketing operations in the downstream oil and gas marketing sector. 
    • Good people management skills, supervisory, coaching and mentoring skills. 
    • Able to present and express information effectively and also responds positively to feedback

    Creative Designer

    This role requires a detail-oriented and innovative Creative Professional, that will manage internal and external designs and video contents, transforming concepts into visually compelling assets for our products and services. Essentially, the creative artist must possess a strong eye for aesthetics and proficiency in modern artistic software and digital tools to deliver fresh, contemporary visual communications.

    Job Details

    • Strategy Translation: Convert brand and go-to-market strategies into actionable creative plans.
    • Brand Stewardship: Enforce style guides to ensure all materials meet high-quality brand standards.
    • Asset & Livery Management: Maintain and oversee the visual identity (livery) and all brand assets.
    • Corporate Standardization: Update corporate stationery and templates and enforce internal adoption.
    • Message Conceptualization: Determine the core message a design must portray and execute the visual strategy.
    • Promotional Content: Create and develop design content for promotions across all product ranges.
    • Agile Digital Media: Develop high-quality digital designs and video content in real-time.
    • Graphic Development: Design custom graphics for product illustrations, logos, social media postcard, product labels, marketing and production designs, calendar, brochures, and presentations.
    • Internal Alignment: Design internal communication collateral in line with corporate culture strategy.
    • Event Support: Build promotional and branding materials for corporate events, conferences, and community activities.
    • Creative Consultation: Provide design direction and creative insight to internal staff and external vendors.
    • Project Management: Manage assigned projects and maintain clear tracking via project management software.
    • Quality Assurance: Review all designs for errors prior to printing or digital publishing.

    Requirements

    • 2-5years work experience 
    • Collaboration & Communication (Written & Verbal)
    • Oil and Gas Industry Knowledge
    • Mastery of industry-standard software including (CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro or Affect Effect, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, Ms Office)
