    Auto-Electrician

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure all forklifts, trucks, and Hiab’s are serviced, maintained, repaired, and operational always.
    • Manage the maintenance schedule. Order correctly in time for purchasing.
    • Maintain plus check all electronic systems, batteries, alternators, engine management, switches, starters, and fuses.
    • Ensure enough parts are in store and document handling.

    Qualifications

    • OND /Trade test certificate.
    • 10 years of hands-on experience as an auto electrician.
    • Experience operating a professional workshop.
    • Excellent communication & proactive problem-solving attitude.
    • Experience with payloaders, trucks, forklifts, diesel, and petrol engines.

    Mechanic - Heavy Equipment

    Requirements
    You're the kind of mechanic who:

    • Has 15 years hands-on experience as a Mechanic - Heavy Equipment specialist.
    • Can tackle 16-Ton Hyster & Taylor Forklifts & Master 30 & 35-Ton Grove Cranes.
    • Dominate Hydraulic Systems. 
    • You can diagnose and fix hydraulic issues like a pro.
    • Handle Engine Repair & Overhauls. (Cummins' experience is a major plus!).
    • Own Brake Systems (Air & Hydraulic) and Command Steering & Axles
    • Ace Routine Service & Maintenance. 
    • Troubleshoot Solenoid-Operated Hydraulic Control Valves.
    • Conquer Transmission Repair & Overhauls.
    • Solve Engine & Hydraulic System Problems and Replace Hydraulic Cylinder Seals.
    • Repair Transmission Control Valves and must understand Solenoid Electrically Operated Systems.
    • Fix Mast & Carriage Issues & Replace Hydraulic Cylinder Seals.
    • Must have worked with Electrical Systems & Controllers.

    Forklift Mechanic Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive diagnostics on forklift engines (diesel, gasoline, LPG, and electric) and related mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
    • Expertly dismantle, inspect, repair, and overhaul forklift engines and their components, including but not limited to pistons, cylinders, crankshafts, camshafts, valves, fuel injection systems, turbochargers, and cooling systems.
    • Apply engineering principles to identify root causes of mechanical failures and implement effective and lasting solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and hoses.
    • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including wiring, batteries, starters, alternators, and control systems.
    • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and system adjustments, according to manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
    • Accurately document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and findings.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
    • A minimum of 10 years of hands-on mechanic specializing in forklift engine repair and overhaul.
    • Demonstrable expert-level proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of forklift engine types and manufacturers.
    • Exceptional ability to dismantle, repair, and reassemble complex mechanical systems with precision and accuracy, with a strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems relevant to forklifts.

    Workshop Mechanic Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop mechanics.
    • Perform hands-on diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on forklifts, trucks, and Hiab equipment.
    • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and promptly.
    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
    • Manage workshop tools, equipment, and inventory.
    • Implement and enforce safety procedures.
    • Maintain accurate service records.

    Requirements

    • B.Eng / HND qualification with 10+ years experience.
    • Significant hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of forklifts, trucks, and Hiab is essential.
    • Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a workshop environment.
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
