    Demand Planner

    Job Description

    • Drive monthly demand forecasting process; review historic sales, factor in pricing, discounts, promotions/activations in sales forecast volumes.
    • Build a joint demand forecast with business heads.
    • Drive monthly order planning process basis the agreed forecast, GIT/open orders, and stock norms.
    • Monitor and track GIT/pending shipments form principals
    • Actively participate in S & OP with Principals. Drive and ensure delivery of monthly supply plan.
    • Lead warehouse stock replenishments on a day-to-day basis, work closely with warehouse/logistics team for stock movement, ensure adherence to planned numbers.
    • Monitor and control inventory at SKU level within the set norms
    • Generate various MIS/KPI reports on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
    • Strong communication and multiple stakeholder management skills

    Warehouse & Logistics Manager

    Job Description

    • Responsible for introducing new and reliable transporter to the company.
    • Ensure availability and allocation of vehicles and trucks for local and upcountry dispatchment.
    • Monitor loading at various warehouses.
    • Help in fast tracking of way billing of loaded vehicles.
    • Ensure documentation and raising of payment vouchers.
    • Responsible for negotiation and re-negotiation of the price of local transporter.
    • Make route planning for Lagos Mainland and Island.
    • Prepare incentive program for vehicle and truck drivers.
    • Ensure driver availability for our own FMCL trucks.
    • Ensure higher TAT (Truck Turnaround Time).
    • Maintain transport agreement and follow-up with DC Manager for renewal.
    • Verify all transport documents during transport registration process.
    • Coordinate with vehicle and truck tracking system team.
    • Coordinate on vehicle requirement for LRDC and CDC team.
    • Monitor in-transit truck on daily basis and report to DC Manager incase if any abnormality or missing truck during transit.
    • Deploy available vehicles and trucks for local pickup from the respective principal locations.
    • Create reports for management on logistics status.

    Van Field Sales Supervisor

    • A Van Field Sales Supervisor is responsible for the sale of company products at the sub wholesale and retail channels within a specified territory, ensuring that numeric distribution objectives as well as weighted average and merchandizing recommendations are met.

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Core responsibility to achieve the secondary sales & distribution Target outside open Market (neighborhood stores) by ensuring distribution in allotted territory.
    • Coverage norm of minimum 25 outlets per day (fortnightly coverage – 6 days market working).
    • Minimum 18 productive calls per day.
    • Monitoring Competitor activities and Pricing & reporting to ASM on weekly basis.
    • Ensure value chain compliance and implementation of inputs /schemes.
    • Ensuring Proper display and Merchandising of the Product in each outlet.
    • Daily reporting on Sales & Collections to ASM and weekly reconciliation of Stock and debtors with ASM and KD/WS.
