Job Descriptions

• To cut and join metals and other materials at our facility sites.
• To operate appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of Experience in MIG and TIG welding in a process industry is required.

Requirements

• Specific experience in welding pressure pipes will be an added advantage.
• Possession of minimum of Diploma or Trade test, with at least 5 years relevant industrial experience is required.

Job Descriptions

• To fit and assemble structural frameworks and housings from materials, such as angle iron, I-beams, and plate steel using hand tools and welding equipment and following blueprint specifications:
• Examine blueprints and materials lists to obtain parts specifications.
• Layout parts dimensions on worktables, using square, chalk line, and soapstone.
• Position parts in jig and file, chisel, and grind parts, as indicated, to fit them together.

• Construct machines and structures from various raw materials as specified by work orders, diagrams, and templates using hand-tools, power tools, such as grinders, drills, power  wrenches, and riveters and metal working machinery: Lay out and mark reference points onto components, using template, rule, square, compass, and scale.
