    Marketing Executive

    Purpose

    Off-Field is seeking motivated, high energy individuals whose primary function is to stimulate and recognize market opportunities as well as maintaining good relationships with clients; and making repeat sales to our existing customers. Candidate will be expected to understand and undertake business to business (B2B) and business to customer or consumer (B2C) sales.

    Salary and Commission: ₦40,000 or Negotiated Basic plus 3% Commission (Expected average annual sales target of ₦228m).

    Main Responsibility

    The ideal candidate will conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes. 

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaigns
    • Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy;
    • Develop and execute content for marketing campaigns;
    • Create and actualize digital marketing programs;
    • Locate business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;
    • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
    • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
    • Prospecting and visitation to prospects' locations;
    • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
    • Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
    • Creating detailed proposal documents to clients and prospects;
    • Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends;
    • Direct sales, Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
    • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
    • Participate in all promotional activities;

    • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
    • Log all leads, sales, contacts, and other related activities on a CRM/ERP platform and update such records daily or as often as there is need;
    • Participate in Strategy, Review and other Meetings of the company.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing or related field;
    • Ideally requires at least one year post-NYSC experience but this may be waived for impressive fresh applicants who demonstrate desirable potentials;
    • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience;
    • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills;
    • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative;
    • Experience with social media.

    • Candidate will be expected to understand and undertake business to business (B2B) and business to customer or consumer (B2C) sales;
    • An understanding of digital marketing and social media campaigns or willingness to learn same;
    • An understanding of advertising, SEO and email marketing or willingness to learn same;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
    • Highly detail-oriented;
    • Strong analytical skills;
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
    • Strategic thinking, high creativity and problem solving skills;

    Web Developer- Full Stack

    Purpose of the Position

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and maintenance of websites, user interface features, and graphic designs to enhance the organization's online presence.

    Salary: N70,000

    Job Description 

    • Assist with integration and usability testing;

    • Have passion for Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery;

    • Participate in discovery and user experience design process;

    • Create prototypes, and evaluate new technologies;

    • Create readable, testable, scalable and maintainable source code utilizing best practices;

    • Provide technical leadership to delivery teams;

    • Work with testing team to find and resolve defects;

    • Interact with vendors regarding support and integration;

    • Develop tasks lists and estimations;

    • Assists in the review, re-engineering and development of business process and procedural requirements for enabling websites and webpages;

    • Participates in operational projects; performs programming and scripting utilizing various technologies including HTML5, CSS 3, PHP 5.6 or 7, JavaScript (ES 6), WordPress, AJAX, MySQL, Jquery and MVC frameworks;

    • Creates new website structures, and functionality for internal and external customers;

    • Serves as informal project manager & supports departmental needs by providing web solutions such as online surveys and database web applications;

    • Design and layout of electronic and print materials (flyers, posters, banners, collateral, logos, invitations, postcards, newsletters, newspaper/magazine ads, etc.);

    • Communicate risks and issues related to projects and tasks.

    Job Requirements 

    • HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field from a recognized national or international university;

    • The candidate is required to have had at least 2 years related and progressive experience in an I.T industry;

    • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw and other visual design tools;

    • Portfolio of commercial-grade website projects that demonstrate creativity and customer satisfaction;

    • Proficiency in web programming languages;

    • Good understanding of content management systems;

    • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles;

    • Must work independently, collaboratively, and creatively on multiple projects;
      Commitment to high standards of quality, including documentation;
      Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues;

    • Excellent visual design skills;

    • Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards and technologies;

    • Creative and open to ideas.
