    Junior Finance Associate

    Job Summary:

    • The Junior Finance Associate will support the finance team in managing daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and budget tracking. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
    • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update the general ledger.
    • Support account reconciliations, including bank statements and vendor accounts.
    • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
    • Assist in monitoring and tracking company expenses, revenues, and cash flow.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
    • Collaborate with auditors and assist with internal and external audits.
    • Support the finance team in preparing reports for senior management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
    • Professional certifications (or in progress) such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are an advantage.
    • Experience in the automobile industry or a fast-moving business environment is a plus.

    Business Intelligence Ananlyst

    Job Summary:

    • CIG Motors is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support the finance team by transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a strategic mindset to drive data-driven decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Analyze sales, revenue, expenses, and financial trends to support forecasting and budgeting.
    • Provide insights on cost optimization, profitability, and operational efficiency.
    • Design and automate financial reporting processes for faster, more accurate data analysis.

    Business Intelligence & Strategy

    • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, financial systems).
    • Collaborate with the finance team to identify data-driven opportunities for growth and cost savings.
    • Support business planning and investment decisions with predictive analytics.
    • Conduct variance analysis to explain financial deviations and recommend corrective actions.

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to align business strategies with financial data.
    • Present data-driven insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
    • Assist in financial audits and compliance reporting with data analytics.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Financial Analytics.
    • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial statements and reporting.
    • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
    • Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing financial databases.
    • Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, financial modeling).
    • Experience working with ERP systems (Sage 300).
    • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
    • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
    • Experience in the automobile industry or financial sector is an advantage.
