    Junior Business Analyst

    Role Overview

    • As a Junior Business Analyst,you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and driving informed decision-making.
    • You will work closely with our senior analysts and various departments to gather and analyze data, create reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and compile relevant data for analysis.
    • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

    Report Generation:

    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
    • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports to relevant teams.

    Process Improvement:

    • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and optimization.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to implement recommended changes.

    Documentation:

    • Document business processes, requirements, and user stories.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for reference.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
    • Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

    Operations Manager / Quality Control

    Job Description

    • Overseeing the production process
    • Ensuring production is cost effective
    • Drawing up a production schedule
    • Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
    • Working out the human and material resources needed
    • Drafting a timescale for the job
    • Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
    • Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
    • Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
    • Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes
    • Liaising among different departments, e.g. vendors, managers
    • Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
    • Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
    • Supervising and motivating a team of workers

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 3 years wotk experience.
