Job Responsibilities

• Review/appraise credit requests from the Business Development Officers.
• Ensure all credits are in line with the Credit Policy.
• Liaise with Credit Bureau.
• Monitor the performance of credits.
• Preparation of monthly performance reports.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with a financial institution - Bank, Mortgage Bank, Microfinance Bank, Finance House in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities

• Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
• Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
• Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc / HND Accounting / ACA.
• 4 - 5 years of experience with a Financial Institution- Commercial Bank, Microfinance Bank, Finance House
• Analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Good Knowledge of Accounting procedures.
• Excellent Communication skills and perfect command of the English language.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of the provisions of Companies Law and rules made there-under and other statutes and bye-laws of the company.
• To prepare the agenda in consultation with the Chairman and the other documents for all the meetings of the board of directors.
• To arrange with and to call and hold meetings of the board and to prepare a correct record of proceedings.
• To attend the broad meetings in order to ensure that the legal requirements are fulfilled, and provide such information as are necessary.
• To prepare, approve, sign and seal agreements, leases, legal forms, and other official documents on the company’s behalf, when authorized by the board of the directors or the executive responsible.
• To make arrangements for the payment of the dividend within the prescribed period as provided under the provisions of the Companies Law.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• 4-5 years’ post-call experience as a Legal Company Secretary with a gaming and entertainment Industry
• ICSAN is an added advantage.
