Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies, standards and guidelines related to corporate security.
• Oversee continuous monitoring and protection of facilities and personnel.
• Define and implement risk assessment programs to identify threat to critical assets, vulnerabllities and implement safeguard recommendations.

Qualification & Experience

• Must be a retired senior officer from the Army. Navy, Airforce, Police & SSS
• Should possess a degree in criminology
• Thorough knowledge of security functions.
• Relevant years of experience in security related jobs.

• Ability to read, translate features in security devices, Communicate and analyse specification to customers.
• Must be knowledgeable and skilled in CCTV Camera, Access control, wireless technology and networking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure that relevant security and emergency response plans are maintained at all times.
• Ensure conformity of standard security operating procedures
• Conduct regular site visits against all security challenges.
• Ensure that guards are trained properly for security duties
• Provide weekly and monthly security and safety assessment report on all locations
• Ensure safe and secure working environment for all employees, in all locations
• Will report to Chief security officer.
