Location: Ishiagu (Ebonyi State)

Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, boilers, and conveyor belts.
• Conducting tests to determine how mechanical devices function under various conditions.
• Assist senior engineers in planning and execution of the scope of work.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance following the SOP.
• Responsible for troubleshooting machinery and tools.
• Work with other engineers to ensure that designs meet requirements for safety and quality.
• Prepare daily reports of all work carried out.
• Read and interpret meters, gauges, drawings, and blueprints.

Requirement

Experience: 3+ years

Responsibilities:

• Ability to trouble shot and repair, with machines electrical schematics diagrams as per (OME)
• Repairing of motor Alternators, Kick starters, starting circuits, power circuits, light circuits, horn circuits, engine control circuits and so on.
• Charging of batteries and motor wiring
• Trouble shooting and repairing of heavy duty trucks like;
• Detroit, Cummins, Mack, forklift, Terex, Cat, Komatsu, Liebherr, Doosan,
• Repairing of excavators, drilling machines, dumpers, tractors, and so on.
• Hydraulic solenoid circuits trouble shooting and repairing and so on.
