    Administrative Officer

    Location: Perter Odili, Port Hacourt - Rivers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the school's first point of contact, warmly welcoming parents, visitors, and prospective families.
    • Manage enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins professionally and promptly.
    • Coordinate pupil admissions, enrolment documentation, and admissions follow-up.
    • Maintain accurate student and staff records, both electronically and in hard copy.
    • Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
    • Support fee administration by issuing invoices, receipts, and following up on outstanding payments.
    • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests.
    • Assist with organising school events, parent meetings, and special programmes.
    • Ensure confidentiality of school records and sensitive information.
    • Work closely with school leadership to ensure the efficient running of the school.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, Education, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience, preferably in a school or educational institution.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience using school management software is an added advantage.
    • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.

    Crèche Supervisor (6 months–2 years)

    Location: Perter Odili, Port Hacourt - Rivers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise the daily running of the crèche, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
    • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, language development, motor skills, and social interaction.
    • Ensure children's feeding, sleeping, hygiene, toileting, and comfort needs are met with care and professionalism.
    • Monitor and record each child's developmental milestones and wellbeing.
    • Maintain a clean, organised, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
    • Build positive relationships with parents through regular communication and daily updates.
    • Support smooth transitions for children moving into the next stage of learning.
    • Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and child observations.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or NCE In Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Nursing, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years' experience working with infants and toddlers in a reputable crèche, nursery, or early years setting.
    • Strong understanding or child development from 6 months to 2 years.
    • Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, health, safety, and hygiene standards.

    Class Teachers

    Locations: Perter Odili & Artilery, Port Hacourt - Rivers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum in line with the Cambridge/English National Curriculum.
    • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom that promotes academic excellence and positive behaviour.
    • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using assessment data to inform teaching.
    • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional leaming needs.
    • Prepare lesson plans, classroom resources, assessments, and end-of-term reports.
    • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
    • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and pupil development.
    • Uphold the school's safeguarding, health and safety, and child protection policies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years' teaching experience.
    • Experience with the British EYFS Curriculum.
    • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
    • Passionate, creative, and child-centred.
    • Tech savvy.

    English Teacher

    • Teach reading, writing, phonics, grammar, spelling, handwriting, vocabulary, and spoken English.

    • Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs, including SEND learners.
