    Land, Survey, GIS & Geospatial Information Manager

    Job Description

    • Lead land surveying, boundary verification, site mapping, topographic assessment, geospatial data collection and land information management for UR9 Group's projects.
    • Prepare, review and manage survey plans, coordinates, GIS maps, site layouts, land records, technical reports, spatial databases and georeferenced project documentation to support planning, design, development control and management decision-making.
    • Work closely with UR9 teams to verify land status, resolve boundary issues, support approvals, reduce land-related risks and ensure every project is backed by accurate spatial intelligence.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Surveying & Geo-informatics, Geomatics, Geography, GIS, Urban & Regional Planning or any related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in land surveying, GIS, geospatial mapping, land administration, estate development support, infrastructure mapping and construction-related survey operations.
    • Professional membership, registration, or certification with relevant bodies such as SURCON, NIS or any recognized GIS/geospatial professional body is a necessity added advantage with practical experience supporting land acquisition, boundary verification, estate layouts and project development documentation.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong technical competence in land surveying, GIS mapping, geospatial analysis, site measurement, boundary demarcation, coordinate systems, topographic interpretation and land documentation.
    • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS/QGIS, Google Earth, GPS/GNSS tools, total station equipment, drone mapping support, Microsoft Excel, spatial databases and professional reporting tools.
    • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, field coordination, problem-solving, documentation discipline and ability to interpret land, survey, title, planning and site- development information accurately.

    Salary
    N250,000 monthly (Experience & Expertise Dependent).

    Master Planning, Urban Design & Development Control Manager

    Job Description

    • Lead the preparation, review and coordination of master plans, estate layouts, urban design concepts, land-use plans, site development proposals and spatial planning frameworks for UR9 Group's development projects.
    • Ensure all UR9 development projects comply with planning approvals, zoning regulations, development control requirements, building setbacks, plot boundaries, access roads, drainage corridors, environmental standards and relevant government planning guidelines.
    • Work closely with architects, engineers, surveyors, project managers, land officers, consultants, regulatory authorities and management to ensure UR9 projects are properly planned, technically coordinated, appropriately approved and commercially viable and aligned with UR9's premium development standards.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Environmental Planning or any related field.
    • Professional membership, registration and certification with relevant planning or built-environment bodies is a necessity.
    • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in master planning, urban design, development control, estate layout planning, land development, infrastructure planning and regulatory approval processes, including project-based experience.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of master planning, urban design, land-use planning, development control, estate layout design, site analysis, infrastructure planning and regulatory approvals.
    • Excellent technical coordination, design review, problem-solving, reporting and project documentation skills with the ability to identify planning risks, resolve layout conflicts and guide projects from concept to implementation.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS tools, Microsoft Office, planning documentation, presentation software and development control reporting with strong attention to detail, professional judgment and the ability to uphold UR9's quality and design standards.

    MEP, Utilities & Building Systems Manager

    Job Description

    • Manage the planning, coordination, installation, testing and commissioning of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, water supply, drainage, power, lighting and building utility systems across UR9 Group's projects.
    • Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQS, material submissions, contractor proposals and technical designs to ensure all building systems are practical, cost-effective, compliant and aligned with UR9's quality, safety and luxury finishing standards.
    • Supervise MEP contractors, technicians, vendors and site teams to ensure timely project execution, proper workmanship, system integration, defect resolution, maintenance readiness and smooth handover of all building services.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or any related engineering discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in MEP coordination, building services, utility systems, construction project supervision, facilities engineering or technical installations.
    • Must have practical experience managing MEP works on residential, commercial, estate, hospitality and infrastructure projects with strong knowledge of drawings interpretation, site execution, testing, commissioning and contractor supervision.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems including electrical installations, plumbing networks, systems, pumps, generators, water HVAC, drainage, fire protection, power distribution, lighting systems, treatment and building utilities.
    • Excellent project coordination, site supervision, contractor management, quality control, troubleshooting and commissioning skills with the ability to identify technical faults and recommend practical solutions.
    • Strong reporting, cost-control, documentation, safety-compliance and communication skills for working with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, procurement teams, contractors, facility teams and UR9 management.

    Power, Energy, Utilities & Smart Infrastructure Manager

    Job Description

    • Manage UR9 Group's power, energy, utility and smart infrastructure systems across offices, estates, construction sites, facilities and operational locations, ensuring reliable electricity, water, lighting, internet-support infrastructure, backup power and energy continuity.
    • Plan, supervise and coordinate installation, maintenance, repairs, upgrades and performance monitoring of generators, inverters, solar systems, electrical distribution systems, water systems, pumps, meters, lighting, security-power systems and facility utility networks.
    • Work with UR9 Units and external vendors to design cost-effective, durable, safe and scalable infrastructure solutions that support UR9's corporate operations.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Power Engineering, Building Services Engineering or any related technical field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in power systems, facility utilities, electrical maintenance, renewable energy, smart infrastructure, building services and infrastructure operations management.
    • Practical experience managing generators, solar/inverter systems, electrical installations, water/pump systems, vendor contracts, maintenance schedules, safety procedures, cost reporting and infrastructure projects is required.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, renewable energy, generators, solar/inverter systems, facility utilities, water systems, smart building infrastructure and preventive maintenance planning.
    • Excellent project coordination, vendor management, troubleshooting, safety compliance, cost-control, reporting and operational planning skills for managing multi-location infrastructure needs across UR9 Group.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and leadership skills with the ability to monitor utility performance, reduce downtime, manage energy costs, improve efficiency and enforce UR9's quality and safety standards.
