Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective and existing clients.
Monitor sales performance and execute strategies to improve business outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles.
Experience within the oil and gas sector is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to meet business and sales targets effectively.
As the Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems while ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
Install and configure solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related components
Conduct site assessments and ensure proper system setup based on technical specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve faults in solar systems and equipment
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on installed systems
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain accurate installation records.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND or relevant technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related fields
2–3 years experience in solar installation or renewable energy systems
Strong understanding of solar systems, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
