Job Description:

• As a Real Estate Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance on property transactions, contract negotiations, land use, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with our sales, development, and finance teams to ensure that all deals and projects adhere to legal standards and protect the company\'s interests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Law degree (LL.B or J.D.)
• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in real estate law or related sector.
• In-depth understanding of property law, contract law, and related regulations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
• Advise on property acquisitions, sales, development agreements, and joint ventures.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and land use policies.
• Represent the firm in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations as needed.
• Conduct due diligence and title verification for real estate deals.
• Liaise with external counsel, government agencies, and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication,interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• ⁠Passion for the real estate industry and a desire to learn and grow.
