We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our company and drive organizational growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution across all operational functions while supporting the long-term strategic direction of the business 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MSc or MBA is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role (e.g., Head of Operations).
• Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels across our school, office, and lifestyle product categories. The ideal candidate will manage our e-commerce platform, develop data-driven online sales strategies, improve customer journey, and drive revenue growth through digital channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the manufacturing or retail industry.
• Proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Query, etc.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
