    Quality Assurance/Quality Control Associate

    Objectives of this Role

    • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
    • Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
    • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
    • Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
    • Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
    • Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    • Develop, plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
    • Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
    • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
    • Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
    • Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
    • Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Professional certification, such as Six Sigma is an added advantage
    • Superb computer competence, including database management
    • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
    • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice

    Inventory and Demand Planning Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.

    • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities on stock availability per SKUs.

    • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.

    • Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.

    • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies and stock quantity, position, reorder level review system of all SendMe SKUs.

    • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly forecast maintenance.

    • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

    • Conduct and Own monthly Sales and Operation planning within the business.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required.

    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.

    • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.

    • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge with strong excel and ERP skills.

    • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent written, verbal communication  and presentation skills.

    Distribution Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manages and improves the Impact of transportation delivery to the overall Distribution and logistics frameworks.

    • Develops methods to improve delivery operations by collaborating with the relevant stakeholders and managing a productive team.

    • Works to emulate emerging trends and technology in delivery operations.

    • Develops distribution strategies to cut costs and improve efficiency and time.

    • Develops Delivery management strategies to meet client needs and maintains standard operating procedures to ensure safety and security of company assets and human capital.

    • Proactively works with order management processes to plan routes and ensure efficient operations with a view to maximise fleet durability and consistently support service and product delivery.

    • Utilises Industry benchmarks and best practices on delivery operations and processes.

    • Manages third-party logistics partners and delivery activities.

    • Review performance of third-party logistics partners, cost and delivery efficiencies.

    • Develops Distribution operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilisation, and shipping.

    • Issues shipping instructions and provides routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.

    • Develops and documents standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials.

    • Meets Distribution operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.

    • Ensures completion of all necessary documentation, checking and adjusting of all inventory data collection continuously.

    • Analyses data to assess performance, discover logistical problems and devise plans for improvements.

    • Completes timely and accurate reporting (at intervals specified by management). Report on Reconciliation of actual counts to computer generated reports.

    • Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required.

    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Distribution Manager required.

    • Professional qualifications such as CSCP, CTIL and others will be an added advantage. 

    • Cold storage/food handling experience is required.

    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently.

    • Excellent organisation and verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to organise, analyse, interpret and evaluate data.

    • Ability to effectively manage multiple, high priority projects simultaneously, often with demanding deadlines.

    • computer skills and knowledge of DMS.

    • Ability to operate the necessary safety equipment.
