    Technology Specialist III (Senior)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with key teams to identify technology needs across onshore and offshore assets. 
    • Evaluate emerging digital tools and propose fit-for-purpose solutions.
    • Coordinate pilot projects—organizing testing, evaluation, and full-scale deployment.
    • Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders during technology rollouts.
    • Track performance and user feedback on implemented systems and recommend improvements.
    • Document business cases, risk assessments, and lessons learned for each project.
    • Support integration of technologies like AI, Robotics, smart sensors, digital twins, and remote monitoring.
    • Ensure solutions are aligned with operational goals and safety requirements.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
    • 15 years of experience in offshore oil and gas operations.
    • Proven experience in leading technology integration or digital projects.
    • Strong understanding of SCADA, metering systems, and integrity monitoring.
    • Knowledge of OT/IT convergence and digital infrastructure in oil and gas.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.

    Skills:

    • Previous experience in a closely related position 
    • PhD in Engineering required 
    • Extensive knowledge of discipline
    • Read, write and speak fluent English 
    • Influence corporate strategic direction in areas of expertise 
    • Facilitate global collaboration across the organization

    Junior Procurement Associate / Contracts Lead

    Main Functions

    • Manages portfolio of agreements and new requests, enabling efficient and effective purchase of goods and services (from purchase to pay) with a focus on business value, on-time delivery, and cycle time.
    • This position might be known as Junior Procurement Associate/Contracts Lead who works under high supervision and is responsible for the routine and basic tasks, such as, for example, communication with suppliers, price negotiation, monitoring vendors performance and communication with clients, etc.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Negotiates contract pricing and terms & conditions directly with suppliers while working with internal stakeholders, seeking lowest total system costs and appropriate mitigation of supply and legal risk.
    • Executes PtP (Procure-to-Pay) processes in full compliance with Sourcing & Acquisition Handbook and CIMS (Controls Integrity Management System) catalogs.
    • Fully leverages Procurement processes and tools to ensure most effective procurement method is utilized.
    • Maintains agreement portfolio: scope updates, pricing, Exhibits, amendments.
    • Ensures contract compliance and utilization - monitors supplier performance, troubleshoots issues, etc.
    • Ensures transactional efficiency of agreements by leveraging systems.

    • Develops and maintains internal and external relationships to meet business line expectations.
    • Provides fit-for-risk process improvements.
    • Implements category strategic guidance and shares portfolio specific market intelligence to Category Networks.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Contracts Advisor III (Senior)

    Main Functions

    • The Contracts Advisor supports or leads the implementation of project contracting.
    • This may include strategy and planning work during early project development phases, contractor qualification, leading and managing commercial aspects of Pre-front end engineering design (FEED) / FEED / Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract development process, assisting in contractor evaluation, selection, and award recommendation, ensuring execution and administration of high quality prime contracts, and coordinating interfaces post-contract award for the project through contract close-out.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Manages process, produces deliverables, and updates tools to support development of project contracting strategy, contractor qualification, bid slates, tender, and evaluate proposals
    • Develops detailed Contracting Plan(s) consistent with overall Contracting Strategy
    • Develops Invitation to Tender (ITT) packages consistent with responsibility matrix
    • Maintains database of all correspondence to ensure all questions and clarifications have been properly documented and issues agreed to are reflected in final proposals
    • Leads or supports negotiations of any contested contractual terms and conditions
    • Conforms all contract documents consistent with selected bidder's proposal, subsequent clarifications and final negotiations
    • Obtains final functional review/endorsement of contract documents, as required (e.g., Law, Audit, Controllers, etc.), as well as required endorsements 
    • Provides pricing / other commercial analysis to Project Team (PT) for development of contract award recommendation
    • Assists PT in obtaining contract award endorsements/approvals from Sr. Management and other stakeholders 
    • Develops and maintains final contract files (all components), as required 
    • Develops and leads internal kick-off meeting(s) with Company personnel to ensure contract awareness, reviews contract terms and conditions, change order process, and claims avoidance 
    • Develops materials for external kick-off meetings with Company and Contractor personnel to review key parts of the contract (e.g. Principal Document, Coordination Procedure, change order process, etc.)
    • Leads or supports Contract Administration, including working with project and business managers in aligning on contract administration responsibilities
    • Reviews and comments on Contractor’s contracting and subcontracting plans, procedures, processes, and deliverables to ensure compliance with Company's requirements
    • Expedites and files Contractor commercial documents (e.g., insurance certificates, Parent Company Guarantees, LOCs, etc.), and files original Bank Guarantees/LOCs per agreed processes 
    • Reviews and updates project file system / procedures and Master Document Register
    • Reviews, updates, and coordinates PT contractual correspondence procedures / communications, including any notices associated with the contract (PT Document Distribution matrix) 
    • Develops and monitors approval process and compliance with invoicing and payment process
    • Coordinates change control process, including: amendments, change notices, change orders and other contract changes (e.g., Management of Change (MOC) process, Change Order log, Deviation log)
    • Oversees Contractor’s subcontracting activities, coordinate PT engagement in Company review / approval of individual subcontracting plans, and subcontract development activities from qualification through award / execution 
    • Advises project team of contract administration and subcontracting issues, and steps being taken to mitigate consequences
    • Measures contractor performance and provides feedback through project and functional management 
    • Captures and communicates contract administration and subcontracting company's lessons learned for project 
    • Develops the Contract Close Out Plan (part of Project Close Out Plan) 
    • Establishes a close-out agreement with Contractor (settlement of any outstanding items).

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree in Engineering preferred 
    • Experience in Contracts Engineering / Administration preferred 
    • Previous experience in a closely related position required 
    • Experience in commercial negotiations, contractor management and contract administration 
    • Broad understanding of project execution and contracting principles, theories, and concepts 
    • Willing to business travel or relocate to project sites (domestic / overseas) 
    • Owner/Operator experience in project management roles preferred 
    • Professional qualification / certification from related professional body, (ISM – CPM / CPSM, APICS, PMP)".

    Production Engineer / Specialist III

    Main Functions

    • Broadly experienced engineers who provide strategic, cross-functional and industry leadership that impacts identification of business opportunities, development of technology to address business needs, and application of new or existing technology to advance the general interest.
    • Development of other technical leaders within their primary engineering discipline. Sphere of Influence (across multiple areas where individual has technical and business expertise): Internal: Global Upstream External: Lead / play a key role in interactions with key project and producing asset partners, competitors, joint ventures, NOCs, industry associations, academia, industry forums such as conferences, and government agencies.

    Task and Responsibilities

    • Technical leadership across multiple projects and/or global producing operations.
    • Champion business opportunities that they are uniquely qualified to lead, and build expertise in others within those areas of strength.
    • Engage internally across all levels, and externally to further the Company's business objectives, with particular emphasis in the technical areas for which the individual has become well known.
    • Influence and interface with Senior Management, with emphasis on providing an understanding of technical and business risk.
    • Demonstrate authority in your field through influence in Company (EM) operating units, projects and the external technical community.
    • Guide others who provide technical leadership for the application of established, adapted, and new technologies within capital projects and production operations.
    • Serve in an advisory capacity to Upstream Research on opportunities to enhance business performance through the pursuit of new technology or the adaptation of existing technologies.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering within the discipline or equivalent professional experience with at least 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
    • Expected to have a broad skill set and advanced proficiency in the following skill areas: Wellbore Hydraulics, Well Performance, Completion Design, Workover Design, Fluid Flow & Hydraulics, Operations Support and Surveillance, Artificial Lift, Subsurface Equipment, Wellheads, Trees & Surface Equipment, Wellwork Units, Surveillance & Optimization, Maintenance & Reliability System, Opportunity Generation & Reservoir Surveillance & Optimization, Well Surveillance and Well Performance, Capacity Enhancement and Operations Support and Surveillance.
    • Closely related professional experience  
    • Broad and extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications

    Petroleum Engineer III (Senior)

    Main Functions

    • Petroleum Engineers are involved in the exploration, development and production of oil and gas.
    • They provide specialty expertise in oil and gas drilling and completions, reservoir management and production.
    • Roles vary depending on the operating environment (e.g., land or offshore).

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Ensuring proper implementation of established reservoir management strategies and surveillance plans including short-term adjustments to cater for operational constraints without compromising longer-term reservoir recovery.
    • Ensuring that wellbore hydraulic models are accurate, up to date and accessible to Asset Level Team (ALT) technical staff via defined repositories/locations.
    • Collaborating with multi-functional teams to identify, execute opportunities and optimize well performance.
    • Identifying, validating, analysing and uploading pressure data including clarification/validation of Pressure-Volume-Temperature (PVT) assumptions for fluid density, downhole parameters and determination of missing parameters when required.
    • Recognized as a leader or expert.

    • Sound knowledge of other skills & able to apply in several areas.
    • Responsible for resolving entire complex problems.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelors of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering.
    • Experience in the upstream / petrochemical / chemical / refinery or a similar industry.
    • Knowledge of petroleum engineering operations and production methods for oil and natural gas recovery.
    • Knowledgeable of Reservoir surveillance/modelling, wellbore performance modelling or practical reservoir pressure application such as field surveillance and optimization.
    • Understanding of Production/Well optimization and Artificial Lift system and technology via practical experiences in troubleshooting/diagnostic/optimizing well performance.
    • Familiar with Reservoir surveillance, production or hydraulic modelling tools/applications, particularly Integrated Production Modelling (IPM) suite of applications.
    • Familiarity Pressure analysis tools/applications, e.g. Kappa Suite of Applications.
    • Able to work independently in all situations within range of technical expertise.
    • Recognized as a technical expert in one or more categories.
    • Also recognized for their business understanding and history of continuous high value contributions.
    • Applies innovation broadly.
