• Are you passionate about storytelling, building engaged communities, and using social media to drive business growth?
• We’re looking for a commercially minded Social Media Manager to strengthen our social media presence across Nigeria and the UK.

What you’ll do

• Manage our social media calendar and day-to-day publishing across relevant platforms.
• Translate brand and marketing priorities into engaging content plans.
• Write compelling captions and adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
• Manage community engagement, comments, DMs, and customer queries.
• Coordinate campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content.
• Track performance and use insights to improve reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions.
• Stay on top of relevant trends while maintaining Scentimental’s premium brand identity.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of social media management experience, ideally with a lifestyle, luxury, beauty, fashion, or consumer brand.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, planning, and execution skills.
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• An understanding of social media analytics and how to connect content with commercial results.
• A proactive, organised individual with excellent attention to detail.

• We’re looking for a creative Content Creator to help us bring these stories to life and connect with our growing audience.

What you’ll do

• Create engaging social media content, including Reels, Stories, captions, and short-form videos.
• Translate fragrance, culture, and travel-inspired experiences into compelling brand stories.
• Plan content calendars and support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal collections.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and showcase our products and brand experiences.
• Track content performance and use insights to improve engagement and reach.

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and copywriting skills.
• Experience creating short-form video and social media content.
• Good understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content performance.
