    ROV Supervisor

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced ROV Supervisor to oversee and manage Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) operations during offshore projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and successful deployment, piloting, and maintenance of ROV systems, while leading and mentoring the ROV team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in offshore ROV operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and manage all aspects of ROV operations during offshore projects.
    • Lead a team of ROV pilots, technicians, and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
    • Ensure the safe and efficient deployment and recovery of ROV systems.
    • Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ROV equipment.
    • Conduct pre- and post-dive briefings, ensuring ROV systems are fully operational.
    • Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to meet project requirements and deadlines
    • Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and company policies.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in ROV operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
    • In-depth knowledge of ROV systems, including hydraulics, electronics, and mechanical components.
    • Relevant certification in ROV operations and/or subsea engineering (e.g., IMCA).
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff.
    • Proven experience in subsea operations, including inspections, construction, and maintenance.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
    • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the offshore industry.

    3.4u Inspection Controller

    Job Overview:

    This role ensures that all inspections comply with safety standards, quality control, and client specifications. The 3.4U Inspection Controller provides expertise in underwater inspection techniques and methods, ensuring accurate, detailed reporting and adherence to industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inspection data: Collect, process, analyze, and report inspection data. This includes recording and updating data, and ensuring that inspection data is quality checked.                  
    • Inspection planning: Prepare and apply underwater inspection plans, and schedule inspection operations.                                                          
    • Inspection supervision: Supervise underwater inspections of divers and ROV pilots.       
    • Quality control: Practice quality control measures to meet industry standards.            
    • Technical support: Provide technical support and prepare procedures for underwater repairs and maintenance.                                                               
    • Communication: Communicate effectively with the project team, and act as the onshore point of contact for inspection issues.                                              
    • Project support: Support project managers with planning, technical input, and scheduling   
    • Equipment: Ensure inspection equipment is properly specified and acquired, and check equipment at base before mobilization.                                             
    • Documentation: Write project procedures and create offshore workpacks.               
    • Safety: Promote and demonstrate commitment to health, safety, environmental, quality, and ethics.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Qualification in a relevant engineering or science subject                              
    • Experience in subsea engineering                                               
    • Experience as a CSWIP 3.3U ROV Inspector                                   
    • Experience as a CSWIP 3.1U or 3.2U Diver Inspector                               
    • Experience as a surface NDT Practitioner
