Description

• A Production Assistant required in the Plant, to assist in the preparation and mixing of concrete ingredients (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) as directed by the batching plant operator.
• Help ensure accurate loading of materials into hoppers or conveyors. Monitor and report any issues with batching equipment, conveyors, or silos.

Responsibilities

• Clean mixers, hoppers, conveyors, and other equipment after production to prevent buildup of concrete residue.
• Support routine maintenance tasks under supervision, such as lubricating machinery, checking filters ,or tightening bolts.
• Assist in keeping the work area tidy and free from hazards.
• Load and unload materials (e.g., bags of cement, aggregates)manually or using basic equipment like forklifts or wheelbarrows.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and report any shortages or quality issues.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with years of work experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular monitoring and patrols of the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other damages.
• Manage access control by verifying visitors’ identification and authorizing entry.
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to security incidents and emergency situations.
• Document and report any suspicious activities, maintaining accurate security records and logs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a security role is an added advantage.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Physically fit, vigilant, and attentive to detail.
