A dynamic multifaceted Pan-African real estate going concern requires urgently a driver (male) in her Head Office (Lagos).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform daily inspections on the assigned vehicle, at the beginning and end of each workday.
• Ascertain that the car is properly cleaned and maintained and that any need for repairs is outlined and reported timeously.
• Use standard maps or the GPS to map safe routes to destinations, ensuring that timelines are met.
• Safely drive assigned office vehicles by following set rules and regulations.
• Perform both preventative and regular maintenance on assigned vehicles, and ensure that proper detailing is performed.

Requirements

•  A minimum of SSCE certificate.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Safe driving skills
• Good Knowledge of Major roads in Lagos and Ogun state.
• Ability to use both standard maps, and GPS, so that you can chart out short and safe routes to assigned destinations.

We currently seek suitable Industrial Trainee as Admin officer in our School of Estate Unit

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support for the unit
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
• Perform data entry and scan documents
• Manage calendar for the unit
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Run company’s errands to vendors, agents and clients etc.
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements when necessary
• Maintain office supplies for department
• Carries out other functions assigned by the supervising officer

QUALIFICATION: ND in Business Administration or other related fields.
