    Principal Subsea Engineer / Inspector

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver the Subsea Controls scope for a large and complex deepwater project in accordance with company policies and standards.
    • Ensure that system wide integration and integrity are managed. Manage interfaces with other EPC contracts, and the project Subsea and Pipeline Team including implementation of required technical assurance on own scope
    • Ensure that all work is done in a manner consistent with Company’s guidelines and policies.
    • Provide technical mentoring & coaching of less experienced staff
    • Lead the Subsea Package in managing the commercial scope, and in the management of external stakeholders and unit partners 
    • Deliver an integrated (MCS/DCS) subsea control system for the project, working collaboratively with all interfacing teams and Contractors.
    • Develop/review schedules as required for own discipline activities and determine the deliverables and hold points necessary to meet the project requirements.
    • Drive progress of the subsea controls scope throughout the project phases and ensure the equipment delivered meets the project requirements such as functional specifications, schedule, cost, production ramp-up, operability, reliability and availability.
    • Lead the project subsea controls engineering activities during tendering, detail design, fabrication, testing, installation, and support offshore commissioning.
    • Address subsea controls related queries and technical clarification questions from vendors, develop technical evaluation criteria and deliver the technical evaluation of the subsea control system.
    • Ensure that all deliverables, as defined in the project controls and assurance plan are completed successfully.
      Drive the identification, maturation and deployment of value adding new technologies and innovations to optimise the subsea controls scope.
    • Ensure the equipment are installed correctly via creation of thorough installation and pre-commissioning procedures and that interfaces with all project team personnel are properly and effectively managed.
    • Provide subsea controls engineering inputs in technical reviews and management of change to ensure technical integrity, efficiency, and safety of facilities.
    • Ensure development of fit for purpose subsea control system quality plan and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and support recruitment and assignment of experienced QA/QC personnel to support equipment delivery.
    • Collaborate with other subject matter experts and technical authorities to deliver quality and seamless service as needed.
    • Manage the HSSE performance of contractors during execution to ensure HSSE targets are achieved or exceeded – make HSSE a priority.

    Experience

    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in upstream Exploration & Production projects with emphasis on Design and Execution in deepwater environment  directly related to delivery of Subsea Controls packages. He/She shall meet the following requirements;
    • BSc in Engineering related discipline 
    • 10 years in fabrication, testing (FAT, SIT, EFAT, SRT etc.) and Installation experience is required in any of the following subsea components- trees, manifolds, UTA (umbilical termination assembly),SDU (Subsea Distribution Units),SCM (Subsea Control Module) , controls  and must be within the last 5 years.
    • Evidence of relevant CSWIP or equivalent certification is required.
    • Knowledgeable in reading systems drawings/block diagrams, shop drawings and other related drawings and schematics. Knowledgeable in industry codes and standards related to relevant disciplines.

    Lead Marine QA/QC Inspection Surveyor

    Responsibilities

    • Undertake classification / certification and statutory surveys and inspections of vessel according to rules and regulations 
    • Conduct inspections of vessels to identify potential structural, mechanical, or electrical problems
    • Perform surveys on new and used vessels to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
    • Inspect vessels to determine their condition, value, and seaworthiness
    • Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, including recommendations for repairs, replacements, or upgrades
    • Consult with vessel owners and operators to discuss survey results and provide guidance on necessary repairs or maintenance

    Principal Mooring Inspector

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise checks, maintenance and repairs of deck and hull items.
    • Thorough knowledge of the safe and proper methods for mooring ship.
    • Immense ability to read and understand chart, radar, compass and other navigational devices.
    • Uncommon ability to determine course, speed based on specialized knowledge of winds, weather, tides and current and strong radar endorsement.

    • Plans the ballast, F.w & fuel tank rotation for inspection and general maintenance.
    • Control and supervise officers, ratings' daily working plans, associated with watch and work routines. Periodically monitor the work / rest hour planning for all officers and ratings in the deck and catering department to ensure that the rest hour requirements are being complied with.
    • Examine within the scope of responsibility overtime forms prepared by officers and ratings.
    • Instruct and supervise Officers and Ratings of the vessel in the use of safety, environmental protection, fire fighting and life saving equipment.
    • Remarkably coordinated; possess good vision and have great depth perception.

    Principle Quality Engineer Inspector

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and manage the internal audit program to verify implementation of and compliance with the QMS. Identify non-compliance and ensure appropriate action is taken to address the issues identified.
    • He/she must be able to Manage quality during fabrication of manifold, pipeline end termination, SPM and assembly and testing of Christmas trees and ensure completion of project within cost and schedule.
    • Managing diverse work force of different nationalities.
    • Ensure and verify implementation the Quality Management Systems in compliance with the Quality Policy, Quality Assurance Manual and applicable Standards;
    • Review and approval of quality deliverables

    Experience

    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in implementing Project Quality Management systems in the Oil and Gas Industry. Good knowledge of quality management processes in engineering, procurement, construction, and installation and information management. Experience in contractor management, especially those involved in the construction of offshore and onshore production facilities.

    Experience

    • A minimum of 8 years’ experience at a fabrication or construction site in Quality Inspection, working in a multi-discipline role supporting disciplines noted below including, mechanical completion, systems completions, installation, hook- up, commissioning and start-up of onshore and / or offshore facilities.
    • BSc in Engineering related discipline 
    • Experience is required in at least 3 of the following disciplines and must be within the last 3 years.

    • Knowledgeable in reading civil, structural, piping, E&I and other related drawings and schematics. Knowledgeable in industry codes and standards related to relevant disciplines.

    Experience

    • Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution. with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in the offshore industry, especially in installation and construction of offshore structures or systems.
    • A professional engineer's license can be advantageous. 
    • Mastery of offshore installation software tools and simulation packages relevant to the field. Familiarity with equipment and methodologies used in offshore installation and construction. Certifications related to offshore safety, project management, or specific offshore engineering techniques can be beneficial. Strong skills in analyzing complex engineering problems, devising effective solutions, and understanding the nuances of offshore installation challenges.
    • Ability to present complex installation strategies and outcomes to various stakeholders, from technicians to top management. Experience in managing large-scale offshore installation projects, ensuring completion within time, scope, and budget constraints. Familiarity with international standards and best practices related to offshore installation, such as those from ISO.

    Manager - Dimensional Control Inspector

    Responsibilities

    • Liaise with and advise the relevant Project Managers, Construction Managers and Engineering Manager on all dimensional control activities. Provide leadership and guidance for junior dimension control (DC) personnel.

    Marine Safety Inspector

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular safety inspections of marine equipment, vessels, and facilities.
    • Advise all crew members on the rules and regulations of the occupational health and safety on the ship

    Senior Quality Inspection - Offshore

    Responsibilities

    • Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

    Discipline Inspector - SURF

    Responsibilities

    • To provide specialized expertise within the area of subsea pipeline and subsea umbilicals, risers & flowlines (SURF) system (un-bonded flexibles & steel pipes), acting with the role as company discipline and/or system technical responsible

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Engineering related discipline or  Technology field is preferred.
    • A minimum of 10 years’ in subsea fabrication, Installation experience is required and at least 3 of the following – subsea pipelines, jumpers, umbilical, risers, flowline and must be within the last 5 years.
    • Evidence of relevant CSWIP or equivalent certification is a preference.
    • Knowledgeable in reading systems drawings/block diagrams, shop drawings and other related drawings and schematics. Knowledgeable in industry codes and standards related to relevant disciplines.

    Subsea Source Inspector Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that Inspections and Non Destructive Testing are fully implemented by contracted companies in compliance with the relevant Safety Rules, Inspection Plans and Technical Procedures Prepare and implement Subsea inspection plans.

    • Compile and maintain an up to date asset register for Subsea production facilities (Subsea wells, manifolds, flow lines, steel catenaries risers).
    • Issue the procedures and task plans of intervention for subsea inspection and monitoring activities.
    • Manage the Inspection Plans scheduling with the dedicated Data Base.
    • Schedule the subsea inspection operations in relation with Offshore subsea supervisors and vessel
    • Supervise the Subsea inspection operations on Site.
    • Report the inspection findings (equipment condition, observations, and measurements) with pre-defined Inspection Reports and dedicated Data Base.
    • Manage Subsea equipment integrity.
    • Propose corrective or preventive actions (modification of inspection plan, material selection, design of equipment, coating, cathodic protection, operating conditions).
    • Issue the recommendations for maintenance actions or interventions using the dedicated Data Base and ensure they are completed with the adequate level of priority.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Engineering related discipline
    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Quality Inspection, with exposure to implementation of machine shop, fabrication and /or manufacturing quality control processes including relevant test operations, mechanical & systems completions, commissioning and equipment start-up.
    • 8 plus years practical experience performing in-process and final inspections on machined parts, assemblies, and / or sub-assemblies to specified engineering requirements. Ability to read / interpret relevant engineering (including mechanical machining & assembly) drawings, bills of materials, parts lists and Purchase Orders (POs), industry codes, standards and specifications is required. Experience in using various inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers.
    • Possession of certification in any of the following: AWS-CWI or SCWI or CSWIP or equivalent, level II/III in Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic and Radiography in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A and NACE Level I/II/III or equivalent respectively is an advantage
    • Review and understand Purchase specification / order, Engineering standards, exceptions, deviations and scope of inspection. Perform discipline quality inspection activities based on equipment criticality as defined in Inspection and Test Plan, approved inspection procedure and/or Purchase Order Specification. Monitor production processes and perform Quality surveillance activities. Conduct material verification checks including review and approval of material certifications for chemical and physical properties, interpretation of material test reports, Positive Material Identification (PMI) reports and other associated manufacturer’s documentation. Verification of welder/welding operator qualification records. Review and endorsement of NDT results. Develop daily/weekly reports, complete required Quality documentation. Review, analyze and support disposition non-conforming material.
    • BOSIET / FOET and current Offshore Medical Certificate
    • Qualified to travel offshore.
