    Storekeeper

    Job Description

    • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
    • Enter purchase details (vendor information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases
    • Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed
    • Oversee the storage of products, particularly fragile items
    • Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals
    • Coordinate regular inventory audits
    • Keep updated inventory records
    • Ensure purchases do not exceed the budget.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of BSc in any related field
    • Relevant 3 year experience in a similar role.

    • Advanced Oral and written communication skills
    • Strong Customer Service Skills
    • Ability to work well with other staff members
    • Must be result oriented.
    • Ability to handle pressure.

    Cinema Manager

    Job Description

    • Assist Business Manager with hiring and training tasks.
    • Maintain and oversee an inventory of concessions products.
    • Make arrangements for special events and private showings.
    • Motivated staff and developed incentives to boost productivity.
    • Monitored functions ranging from ticket taking to concessions operations.
    • Evaluate staff performance and interview potential new hires.
    • Ensure that cleanliness standards are followed.
    • Help resolve technical issues with projectors.
    • Deal with employee issues
    • Train new staff and control large crowds as and when required.
    • Manage all aspects of cinema operations.
    • Resolve patron problems as quickly as possible.

    Education and Experience

    • A good University Degree in Business Management or related discipline.

    Concession Supervisor

    Role Target

    • This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of the retail stand within a facility.
    • In addition to handing the operational, sales and management duties, this professional will be charged with creating marketing strategies in an effort to increase sales revenue.

    Role Expectations
    The successful candidate amongst others will carry out some specific functions which include:

    • To oversee daily operations in all concession stands
    • To maintain inventory controls / levels for all products
    • To induct and train staff in selling technique and products knowledge
    • Cash management and control to ensure staff are adhering of all procedures detailed for concession operations
    • Understand the audit process and standard required
    • To provide services to customer
    • Responsible for stock requisition
    • Complies with Health Department rules and regulations
    • Monitor all concession staff
    • Complete any necessary paper work such as inventory sheet, daily cash reports, appraisal form etc.
