    Procurement Officer

    Job Description

    • We are in need of a procurement officer who willoversee the procurement process within the organization, ensure efficient sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services.
    • They will be responsible formanaging vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and maintaining inventory levels to meet operational needs while optimizing costs.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Identify and source reliable suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to fulfill procurement requirements.
    • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance evaluations
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
    • Resolve procurement-related issues, disputes, and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • At least 2 years proven experience in procurement management, preferably in the hospitalityindustry
    • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.
    • Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills
    • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Retail Store Supervisor

    Description 
    Sales:

    • Responsible for serving customers and processing sales transactions as well as restocking shelves, resolving customer complaints, and ensure that the sales floor is well-maintained.

    Admin:

    • To provide high-level clerical support to an executive, director, or department head-level employee, performing a variety of secretarial duties and skilled tasks that may include preparing reports, conducting research, and collecting data.

    Sales:

    • Organizing merchandise on shop floor
    •  Assisting customers and advising them on fashion choices
    • Selling clothing and processing payments at checkout
    • Maintaining store in clean and tidy condition
    • Attaching and updating pricing tags on merchandise
    • Carrying out stocktaking and inventory monitoring duties
    • Handling returns and exchanges
    • Develop good relationship with customers to support the business success and cultivate customer loyalty.
    • Managing stockist orders, shipments and returns.
    • Dealing with customer complaints and suggesting solutions. Also ensuring that all customer complaints are resolve within 24 hours and same communicated to the latter.

    Admin:

    • Provides high-level administrative support to an assigned executive or director-level employee.
    • Collects requested data and information from various sources including email and other correspondence, meeting minutes and records, and other documents; prepares summaries of findings and/or other related written correspondence as requested.
    • May conduct research (within skills and expertise) to assist with projects or inquiries.
    • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments.
    • Performs other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested, which may include recordkeeping, managing petty cash, maintaining office supplies and coordinating equipment maintenance, and handling packages and correspondence.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 15 years work experience.
