    UI/UX IT Analyst Intern

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Analyst Intern to support our technology team in maintaining and improving internal systems and digital platforms. The intern will assist with system monitoring, data analysis, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting ongoing technology projects across the organization.

    IT Systems Support

    • Assist in monitoring and maintaining internal IT systems and applications.
    • Support troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
    • Help document system processes, configurations, and technical procedures.
    • Assist in managing user accounts and system access where required.

    Data & Technology Analysis

    • Support the analysis of system performance and operational data.

    Junior Finance & Accounting Analyst

    Key Responsibilities

    Accounting & Bookkeeping

    • Maintain accurate books and accounting records using QuickBooks
    • Post daily transactions, journals, accruals, and adjustments
    • Perform bank, vendor, and balance sheet reconciliations
    • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

    Financial Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare monthly management accounts and basic financial statements.
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

    • Experience in an audit firm, financial institution, or structured corporate environment is a plus
    • This role requires at least 1 year experience

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks

    • Working knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and audit procedures
