Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND/BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field with 3–5 years marketing or sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or broadcasting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of advertising and media sales.
• Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong network with corporate organizations and advertising agencies will be an added advantage.

• Ensure adherence to journalistic ethics and broadcasting standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND/BSc in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or related field with 2–4 years experience in news broadcasting or journalism is an advantage.
• Excellent voice clarity, pronunciation, and diction.
• Strong understanding of news reporting and media ethics.
• Ability to remain calm and professional while presenting breaking news.
• Knowledge of current affairs and strong research skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all Master Control Room operations.
• Ensure uninterrupted transmission of TV and Radio programs.
• Monitor broadcast signals, audio, video, and transmission quality.
• Coordinate program scheduling and ensure programs go on air at the scheduled time.
• Manage and supervise MCR operators and technical staff.
• Troubleshoot transmission issues and liaise with engineers for quick resolution.
• Maintain broadcast logs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure proper switching between live programs, recorded programs, and commercials.
• Implement standard operating procedures for broadcast continuity.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Broadcast Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Media Technology, or related field.
• 5–8 years experience in TV/Radio broadcast operations or Master Control Room management.
• Strong knowledge of broadcast automation systems, transmission equipment, and signal monitoring.
• Ability to manage technical teams and coordinate live broadcast operations.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
