    Front Desk Officer

    Description

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Officer to join our hospitality team.
    • As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience, and providing efficient check-in and check-out processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
    • Manage room assignments, check-in, and check-out processes
    • Handle guest registrations, payments, and departures
    • Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and billing
    • Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager.

    Requirements

    • Must have a Degree in any relevant field
    • Must have at least two years of experience working in a hospitality company.
    • Must reside in Abuja, preferably around Utako
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    • Proficiency in hotel software and systems (e.g., Property Management System)
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holiday.

    Finance Operations and Advisory Officer

    • We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Operations & Advisory Officer to oversee financial processes and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
    • The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with the ability to analyze financial data, optimize operations, and advise management on investment and cost-efficiency decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, reporting, and cash flow management
    • Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
    • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management
    • Advise on investment opportunities, cost-saving strategies, and revenue optimization
    • Monitor internal controls and improve financial systems and processes

    Requirements

    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred
    • Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

    Accounts Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking to recruit a competent, detail-oriented, and experienced Account Officer to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in records, and supporting effective financial decision-making within the organization.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation of all transactions
    • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
    • Handling accounts receivable and payable functions
