Educational Qualifications 

• A Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, Criminology or other relevant disciplines.
•  Professional Certifications (either of the following:) 
• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) – ASIS International
• Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP)
• Advanced training from recognised security institutions (e.g., Nigeria Institute for Security Studies, DSS Academy, or Police Staff College)

 Work Experience 

• At least 7–10 years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or intelligence services.
• Prior experience as a Security Manager, Head of Security, or CSO in a reputable organisation.
