Role Overview

• We are seeking a smart, driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join the team at Black House.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell company properties.
• Build and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 - 7 years of Sales or marketing experience (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
• Professional appearance & attitude.
• Ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team for optimal performance
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Train and mentor sales representatives
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, with at least 7 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Good understanding of marketing and business development strategies
• Experience in fintech, real estate, or related industries is an added advantage
