Job Summary

• Supply Chain Managers are responsible for strategic or tactical purchasing of materials.
• They control inventory by identifying how much is reserved at each location and when to use it.
• They also organize transportation routes while combining shipments where possible.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
• Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
• Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory.
• Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
• Analyzes current inventories and procedures
• Suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
• Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety
• Implements subsequent changes to processes.
• Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
• Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials.
• Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
• Identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Supply chain certificate will be an advantage.

Job Description

• An Internal Auditor, or IA, is responsible for keeping their employer accountable regarding internal company procedures and industry rules.
• Their duties include studying accounting records, preparing compliance reports and supervising company workflows.

Responsibilities
Internal Auditors have the following responsibilities:

• Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with federal regulations
• Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
• Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved
• Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
• Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
• Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Master's Degrees with 0 - 5 years relevant work experience.
