Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Engineer to oversee the design, development, and execution of construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and budgetary requirements while delivering sustainable and cost-effective engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, design, develop, and maintain sustainable engineering projects and infrastructure.
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and prepare designs and blueprints in line with project specifications.
• Assess project risks, material requirements, labour needs, and cost estimates.
• Provide technical guidance and develop practical solutions to emerging project challenges.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate project staff while liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular project status reports.
• Prepare and maintain technical files, project records, drawings, and other required documentation.
• Manage project budgets, procure equipment and materials, and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in Electrical engineering or infrastructure project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering design principles, construction methods, and project management practices.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software, such as AutoCAD and other design or project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, budgeting, and organisational skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Job Summary

• To drive the company's sales growth by identifying prospective customers, developing new business opportunities, promoting the company's products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall commercial objectives of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and market visits.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
• Experience in the company's industry or selling technical products will be an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
