• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory/Logistics Intern to support our supply chain operations.
• The ideal candidate will assist in inventory tracking, data entry, and logistics coordination, with a strong focus on using Excel to manage and analyze data.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking and recording inventory levels.
• Update and maintain inventory records using Excel spreadsheets.
• Generate basic reports and charts to support inventory analysis.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Support in stock audits and reconciliation processes.
• Help ensure accuracy in delivery schedules and inventory documentation.

Requirements

• BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Job Description

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments on financial planning and business decisions.
• Process tax payments and ensure timely remittance.
• Maintain vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding payables
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• 3-5 years post NYSC experience.
• Strong analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Membership of Accounting Professional bodies like ICAN, ACCA is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices.

Job Summary

• As the Business Manager, you get to act as one of our Retail Store Managers, you will be responsible for overseeing employees and finances, and also controlling the quality of products and services offered to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the store's monthly/annual sales target.
• Achieve margin for high-grossing products.
• Administration of Store, 3rd party businesses, etc.
• Ensure the ambiance of the store is very lively and conducive, good music, clean, engaging, orderly, etc.
• Ensure zero stock out, right ordering, varieties, good inventory management-First In-First Out, etc.
• Ensure customer complaints are reduced to the barest minimum.
• Achieve the VD targets for brands and products.
• Oversee the store's operational cost such as Diesel, Power, Overheads, Production, etc.
• Ensure preventable loss is minimal, and losses are accounted for accurately.
• Ensure reports are timely & accurate.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, finance management, or a related field from a recognized University.
• 3+ years’ experience as a store manager or any supervisory role.
• Proven experience with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports.
• Knowledge of product and consumer trends, marketing strategies, and how to utilize them.
• Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Punctuality & and attendance, Demonstrate improvement efforts.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Must be analytical and comfortable reviewing data.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Must be motivated, organized, and determined.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Must be results-driven, commercially aware, and have problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to juggle multiple tasks, work with a plan, and work in a fast-paced environment
