    Procurement Manager - Rivers

    Responsibilities

    • Identify suppliers of all needed materials
    • Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
    • Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods
    • Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders
    • Analyse invoices to ensure the accuracy of goods delivered
    • Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive
    • Work closely with the projects team to understand the details of procurement requirements
    • Execution of Procurement team activities in line with department-related procedures, policies, templates, tools, etc. for the organization.
    • Ensuring compliance with Client and Company’s needs, Statutory Policies and Regulations.
    • Generate Procurement Progress reports, expediting reports, and any other reports as and when required. Filing and Maintenance of Procurement and Sourcing records.
    • Ensure Vendors and Subcontractors are paid on time.
    • To promptly follow up with vendors and ensure business contacts are up-to-date and relationships properly managed.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc In Business Administration or Civil Engineering
    • Must have indepth caculation or accounting skills
    • Must have at least 5 years of experience with leadership skills
    • Good knowledge of preparing required procurement reports to the management
    • Demonstrated good computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications.Knowledge of the usage of ERP packages is an added advantage
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality
    • Additional certification in the field of procurement desired
    • Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport-building

    Document Control Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.

    Site Nurse

    Responsibilities

    • Administer first aid in the event of injuries.
    • Set up and implement health and safety programs.
    • Provide emergency treatment at the construction site when required
    • Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
    • Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
    • Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
    • Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
    • Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.

    Requirements

    • Recognized, accredited and registered (RN) Nurse (ER, or equivalent).
    • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience with full work history preferably in construction industry
    • Primary Health Care experience.
    • First Aid or other emergency medical training/teaching certification and experience.
    • Working knowledge or practical experience of occupational health systems, reporting procedures and classifications.
