    Sales Executive

    Department: Sales & Marketing
    Level: Officer-Individual Contributor

    Brief Description

    • Track new sales prospects, promote and sell Company’s products and services and maintain long-term customer relationship. Meet and exceed Company’s expectations to drive rapid and maintainable sales growth.

    Duties

    • Present, promote and sell Company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers. Seek out new sales prospects through cold calling and networking.
    • Conduct appropriate presentations on Company’s products and services.
    • Help in improving Company’s brands awareness.
    • Liaise with other departments and ensure the availability of stock for sales.
    • Ensure prompt delivery of Company’s products and services as soon as orders are payments are made.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals by agreeing on the terms and conditions of the contact.
    • Follow up on after sales activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Communicate new product development and prices to new and existing clients.

    • Prepare and submit reports on customer needs, complaints, inquiries and determine potential solutions.
    • Prepare written reports of sales activities including sales orders, backlog, forecast, lost accounts. Prepare and submit sales reports as requested.
    • Participate on behalf of the Company in exhibitions and trade shows.
    • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Graduate of Business Administration or equivalent. B.E-Electrical / Mechanical would be preferred. MBA or Master’s Degree is a preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in the sales field of Industrial Products.

    QC Inspector

    Brief Description

    • Site supervisor, gas piping, diesel pipe work, Diesel and gas generator positioning.

    Duties

    • Ensures a well detailed Site Inspection report of Load analysis, Load application, power sizing ,etc. of a client power requirement, after a site inspection of the client premises
    • Ensure that all parameters and specifications related to individual PowerProject requirements such as (layout, exhaust system, electrical system, fuel system, logistic works, civil work ,etc..) are Planned ,executed with quality measures, timely
    • Ensures that ALL materials and machinery used by our third party (Contractors) meets Company (JMG LIMITED) and clients specifying, during supply, installation and
    • Coordinate with vendor and JMG team for installation and commissioning of Power project at site
    • Ensures that the set(s) meets its specification, based on its Airflow, Vibration, Noise level, Back pressure and Temperature test done during installation and after
    • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant courses.
    • Degree in Quality assurance, Quality Management, Manufacturing Management or a related field will be a plus. Certified Quality Inspector (CQI), as well as Six Sigma certifications would be a plus.
    • 3 - 5 years of proven work experience as Quality Inspector or relevant role.

    Business Development Manager (Air Compressor)

    Brief Description

    • Work to improve Company’s market position and achieve financial growth.
    • Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals with suppliers and customers.

    Field Electrical Officer

    Brief Description

    • Inspect, install, commission, test, troubleshoot and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on DG electrical system, Charging & Main Alternators, Automatic Transfer Switches and Control Panels.

    Duties

    • Inspect, install, commission and troubleshoot of faulty DG electrical system, Charging & Main Alternators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and Control Panels.
    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complete DG Electricals, Control panels and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS).
    • Conduct routine inspections, servicing and make modifications to electrical systems of IC engines, generators and associated equipment.
    • Assemble, install, configure, test & troubleshoot electrical system components such as Gen Control Modules (DCP, Power Wizard, EasyGen, etc.), AVRs, Charging Alternator, Starter Motor, Electrical Lift Pump, ATS modules (Deep-sea, Intelilite, Lovato), synchro with multiple DGs & Grid Power for auto-interchange.
    • Handle all Test Equipment, Hand Tools, Apparatus and Components related with electrical systems parameters of the generators and other products of the company.
    • Correct wiring connections/modifications related to generator electrical system, circuit breakers, transformers or other component complying with standard specifications & codes.
    • Perform load assessment, balancing at sites and testing of electrical system components to identify possible faults & prevent wet stacking.
    • Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and standard codes.
    • Write reports, obtaining customer signoff, snap pre & post pictures in line with the job requirement, send emails, communicate with line managers & call center before leaving any site after job completion.
    • Conduct basic mechanical work such as replacing/ topping engineer oil, replacing/ washing of oil & fuel filters, replacing/ cleaning of air filter, washing of radiator and gensets canopy external & internal, disposing the waste as per company policy, etc.
    • Check daily and conduct periodic maintenance of assigned vehicle in line with company process & manufacturer’s catalogue.
    • Check daily and maintain all assigned company assets, tools & PPEs.
    • Comply strictly with company processes related with QMS, OHAS & EHS policies.
    • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Diploma or BE. Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or equivalent.
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in site electrical operations in a leading industrial company with a strong experience in Power Supply/Generators industry.
    • Must be ready to relocate to other Zones/ Areas/ Regions based on business needs.

    Competencies:

    • Hands on working experience on the electrical systems, ATS and Control Modules of a diesel generator and associated test equipment and tools.
    • Well experienced in servicing, trouble shooting of all electrical system problems in Diesel Generator Sets
    • Well familiar with various types of Diesel Engine Generator Sets and specialized in Perkins or/and Lister Peter or/and Mitsubishi brands generators electrical system with Leroy Somer/Stanford/Marelli brands of Main Alternators
    • Must know how to drive pickup vehicle & should possess valid driving license.
