    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    Identify and develop business opportunities aligned with our product offerings and strategic goals

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the banking sector.
    • Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning to inform business development strategies.

    Client Acquisition and Retention:

    • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients to expand the bank\'s customer base.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Understand clients\' financial goals, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and products.
    • Conduct regular client reviews to assess portfolio performance and recommend more of our products.
    •  Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

    Sales and Revenue Growth:

    • Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
    • Present banking products and services to potential clients, tailoring pitches to their specific needs.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategic business plans.

    Proposal Development:

    Requirements / Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, relationship management or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
    • Strong understanding of banking products, services, and industry trends.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management solutions.

    Corporate Communications Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Corporate Communications:

    • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to promote the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
    • Draft and distribute press releases, speeches, and statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
    • Conduct internal audits of communication processes to ensure clarity, professionalism, and compliance with organizational standards.

    Legal and Compliance Personnel

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and interpret laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the banking industry.
    • Ensure the organization complies with all applicable internal and external legal requirements.
    • Advise management and stakeholders on legal implications and risks.
    • Manage regulatory relationships and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

    Risk and Credit Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
    • Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of potential risks.
    • Review credit limit requests to include: appropriateness of product type, overall level of credit extension, borrower’s ability to repay, loan package conforms to organizational standards, and affirmation of risk grade.
    • Monitor various lending team portfolios or credit risk issues, including but not limited to: exception reporting, past dues, loan agreement compliance, trend analysis, and identification of emerging risks.
    • Expected to ensure the efficient delivery of credit risk to promote an excellent customer experience both internally and externally.
    • Review and analyze the delinquent portfolio to identify key causal factors, make recommendations and track them to ensure adequate and timely closure.
    • Responsible for loan recovery, such as negotiating work out plans and strategies for delinquent customers and providing additional support with respect to exposures requiring collection agenciesor legal action.
    • Monitor violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion and recommendations, present findings to senior management and suggest actions/penalties to be taken when appropriate.
    • Prepare timely, comprehensive and reliable credit risk reports to senior management and board on a regular basis.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification such as CIBN is preferred.
    • Certification in Risk Management (e.g., FRM, PRM) is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management or credit analysis within the banking and technology industry.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
    • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and credit risk analysis within the banking and technology industry
    • Experience in stress testing and scenario analysis.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments.

    Finance and Investment Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    Develop and implement financial planning models to support short-term and long-term strategic goals.
     Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making.
    Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide recommendations for improvements.
    Investment and Financing:

    • Assist the investor relations team with key financial deliverables and ad-hoc requests.
