    Driver

    Job Summary

    • The Driver is responsible for safely transporting staff, clients, and company materials to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
    • The role also includes vehicle maintenance, record-keeping, and adherence to road safety regulations and company policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, and documents/materials.
    • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedule or instruction.
    • Perform routine checks on assigned vehicles to ensure roadworthiness (oil, water, brakes, tires, etc.).
    • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, both inside and out.
    • Keep a daily log of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
    • Report any vehicle faults, maintenance needs, or accidents immediately.
    • Ensure proper documentation of the vehicle (license, insurance, roadworthiness, etc.) is always up to date.
    • Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company driving policies.
    • Assist with loading/unloading of materials when necessary.
    • Support office errands and field assignments as directed.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
    • Valid Driver’s License and or relevant driving permits.
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
    • Familiarity with Abuja road networks, routes, and traffic regulations.
    • Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic repairs.
    • Clean driving record and excellent references.

    Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
    • In a real estate setting, this includes handling client payments, project costing, vendor disbursements, and tracking financial performance across various property development projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation for all transactions.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
    • Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations.
    • Manage property sales records, client payment schedules, and receipts.
    • Prepare project budgets and track expenditures for property developments.
    • Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements (e.g., VAT, WHT, PAYE).
    • Process staff payroll and ensure accurate statutory deductions and remittances.
    • Manage vendor payments, contractor invoices, and service fee disbursements.
    • Liaise with banks, auditors, and external regulatory bodies when necessary.
    • Implement and maintain accounting systems and controls for financial integrity.

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 2 - 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.
    • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho.
    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.

    Office Cleaner

    Job Summary

    • The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the office premises, ensuring a neat, organized, and pleasant working environment for staff and visitors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas daily.
    • Dust and wipe down desks, shelves, windows, doors, and other office surfaces.
    • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas of the office.
    • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
    • Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies such as soap, tissue, and air fresheners.
    • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors regularly.
    • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and ensure utensils and appliances are tidy.
    • Report any repairs, damages, or supply needs to the Admin Officer.
    • Ensure all cleaning materials and tools are safely stored after use.
    • Comply with all health and safety regulations.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent.
    • 1 - 5 years of work experience.
    • Prior experience in office or commercial cleaning is an advantage.
    • Ability to work early mornings or evenings (outside regular office hours).
    • Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
    • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures.
