    Inventory Controller

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    • Safety Monitoring Update And Recording
    • Manage Zone inventories
    • Stock age policy (FEFO)
    • Inventory days of covered management
    • Manage SCOH
    • Analyze and interpret Warehouse variances
    • Verifying stock and delivering
    • Warehouse receipts and credit reconciliation
    • Finished Goods and Empties Transfer Reconciliation
    • Stock Take Reconciliation & Capture
    • Archiving of loading and return documents
    • VPO/DPO Implementation
    • Daily Reports Compilation
    • Stock write offs (Breakages & BITs)
    • Partake in OWDs and audits

    Key attributes and competencies:

    • Demonstrate initiative, creativity and innovation.
    • Advance proficiency in Microsoft office.
    • Proficient in Monitoring and tracking
    • Ability to use planning software and databases.
    • Ability to lead self and others

    Education & Qualification Requirements:

    • Min. Bachelor's Degree
    • 3 Years experience in logistics and supply chain management and finance background

    Inventory Deployment Planner

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    • Plan, optimize and control optimum stock levels across the sales depots, Breweries and distributor grid as well as exports;
    • Utilize the business enablers (process and systems) in order to achieve current business objectives.
    • Management of distributor interface (orders) and load planning.
    • Generation of a Weekly deployment plans to ensure adherence to defined stock standards.
    • Generation of Daily deployment plan within the context of resource constraints (warehouse and T1) and expediting requirements;
    • Ensure container plan (reverse logistics) execution meets cost and availability targets at Breweries.
    • Support to line management, as the custodians of age concession management on behalf of planning.
    • Daily/weekly communication to the Planning Team of stock levels, areas of potential stock pressures and resolution
    • Specific activities related to the management and distribution of NPD type stock. • Flagging stock age issues and quantifying potential write off risks.
    • The strategic/tactical accountability is to: Continuous review and inputs to planning cycles in an attempt to improve on stock availability at a lower cost and optimizing distribution requirements.

    Profile:

    Education

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management or Commerce.

    Experience

    • Able to understand and interpret sales trends, distribution chains and to convert into appropriate stock level strategy
    • Knowledge of Supply Chain planning processes specifically stock management
    • Preferably 3 – 5 years manufacturing and or sales & distribution experience

    Packaging Machine Specialist

    Key outputs and responsibilities

    Amongst other duties, the Machine Specialist- Bottle Washer - Packaging will:

    • Optimize Bottle Washer Availability and Reliability Maintain a safe, Healthy and Risk-Free Working Environment
    • Provide Specialist Technical Support and enhance Machine, System, and process capabilities
    • Optimize Maintenance Team Performance on Bottle Washing
    • Maintain, Repair and Optimize Bottle Washer and Associate Devices
    • Optimize Process Performance on Bottle Washer
    • Facilitate Problem Solving
    • Locate Bottle Washer, equipment, spares, and relevant documentation/Systems Operate Bottle Washer and process equipment effectively
    • Calibrate equipment according to good maintenance practice
    • Apply the VPO principles and practices
    • Contribute to self and team development and communicate effectively in the Workplace.

    Profile:

    Education and Experience

    • Minimum of HND/B.Eng or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
    • Minimum of 3-5 years as Process Artisans or Maintenance Artisan on high speed packing lines

    Safety Facilitator

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    • Loading an offloading of trucks with interlink trailers
    • Feeding production lines with glass and crates and removal of finished products from the production lines
    • Stack and unstack palletized material according to set standards
    • Accurately account for all product movements carried out
    • Count and settle Direct shipment empties returns on a handheld device.
    • Capture and sign inbound and outbound documentation.
    • Refuel and conducts daily FLT inspections according to checklist and report all defects
    • Washing and lubricating of forklifts weekly as per company ATO process.
    • Blocking of isolated stock with mechanisms as per process
    • Always adhere to safety standards
    • Execute a high standard of housekeeping
    • Clean up breakages and remove rocker waste bins
    • Carry out daily shift handovers
    • Maintain housekeeping standards
    • Maintain safe driving practice
    • Adhere to PPE standards
    • Cross functional teamwork with packaging operators, T1 truck drivers and security
    • Counting stock daily on handhelds
    • Computer activities including Syspro, EXCEL reports, emails, WORKDAY maintenance, Employee Self Service

    Key attributes and competencies:

    • SGCSE / O Level Certificate
    • Knowledge of Stock Control Processes
    • MS Office & syspro proficiency
    • Licensed FLT driver
    • Attention to details
    • Problem solving ability
    • Good verbal ability and communication skills
    • A team player with well-developed organizational and planning skills
    • Capable of operating in a pressurized cross- functional and demanding environment
    • Good customer ethics and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to self-manage

    Education & Qualification Requirements

    • 1- or 2-years’ Experience in the warehousing or logistics environment. Forklift license
