Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Identifying potential customers, building relationships with both new and existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Product & Service Sales: Presenting products or services, demonstrating their features, answering questions, and explaining how they solve customer problems.
• Lead Generation & Market Research: Prospecting for new business opportunities, cold calling potential clients, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiating prices and terms, preparing sales agreements, and closing sales to meet targets.
• Sales Performance & Reporting: Meeting monthly and annual sales targets, preparing and presenting sales performance reports, and analyzing sales data.
• Collaboration: Working closely with marketing teams to coordinate sales efforts and collaborating with colleagues across different sectors.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, managing client databases, and tracking sales performance metrics.

Responsibilities
Operations and Inventory Management:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficient and safe handling.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records for all stored document.
• Optimize storage spaces by developing and implementing effective storage strategies.

Customer Service and Sales:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing personalized service and resolving concerns.
• Manage customer document, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Staff Management and Training:

• Lead, train, and supervise storage staff, providing guidance and feedback.
• Promote a culture of safety and efficiency within the team.

Security and Facility Maintenance:

• Conduct daily inspections of the facility, ensuring the security systems, sucare functional.
• Maintain the overall physical condition and security integrity of the storage facility.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5-8 years work experience.
• Preferred to have worked in the followingOrganisations: Data Guard , Secured Record Management Solutions (SRMS) , AGS Record Management , Iron Mountain , Top Archive.
