    Head Performance Management

    The Head, Performance Management is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s strategic objectives while ensuring alignment with overall business goals. The role focuses on driving organizational performance through the development of robust strategies, effective monitoring of KPIs, and fostering collaboration across departments to deliver sustained growth and operational excellence.

    Responsibilitie(s):

    • Lead the development of the organization's long-term strategic vision and business objectives.
    • Translate the corporate vision into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment across all business units and departments.
    • Facilitate strategic planning workshops and drive organizational buy-in for strategic initiatives.
    • Develop frameworks and tools to guide strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization.
    • Establish and monitor enterprise-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals.
    • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management systems and processes.
    • Analyse organizational performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
    • Oversee the analysis of business data to identify critical success factors and performance gaps.
    • Deliver insights on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor performance to guide decision-making.
    • Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop advanced reporting tools and dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
    • Act as a strategic partner to department heads, ensuring alignment of departmental plans with corporate objectives.
    • Foster collaboration between operational, sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to drive organizational success.
    • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on enterprise strategy and performance matters.
    • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise strategy and performance management team.
    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
    • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

    Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree (MBA) or a related discipline is highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy development, performance management or a similar leadership role.
    • Strong background in data analysis, business intelligence and the use of performance management tools.
    • Track record of driving organizational performance and achieving strategic goals.

    Sales Executive South Region

    The Sales Officer’s primary objective is to generate revenue by selling insurance products and services to both individual and corporate clients. Also, responsible for prospecting leads, assessing client needs, explaining policy features, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals.

    Responsibilitie(s):

    • Identify sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and networking, to attract potential customers.
    • Promote and sell services to prospective customers, effectively communicating product features and benefits to meet their needs.
    • Maintain positive business relationships with clients to foster repeat business and ensure future sales opportunities.
    • Coordinate with other departments to optimize the sales effort, ensuring smooth execution of sales transactions and customer satisfaction.
    • Deepen relationships with existing clients to drive growth and maximize revenue potential.
    • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on sales status, highlighting achievements and addressing customer inquiries.
    • Communicate customers' and prospects' pain points to the appropriate departments for resolution and product improvement.

    Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):

    • MSc or MBA.
    • Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria {ACIIN}
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years in a similar role

    Head Enterprise Risk Management

    The Head, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the company’s comprehensive risk management framework. The role will provide strategic leadership in identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring all categories of risk (strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and reputational) and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.

    Responsibilitie(s):

    • Develop and implement the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, policy, and strategy across the organization.
    • Advise the executive team and Board Risk Committee on key risk exposures and mitigation strategies.
    • Drive a risk-aware culture across all levels of the organization.
    • Lead regular risk assessments and scenario analyses to identify existing and emerging risks.
    • Facilitate the risk identification process across departments and ensure risk registers are updated and maintained.
    • Design and implement controls to mitigate risks in alignment with the company’s risk appetite.
    • Monitor risk exposure and performance metrics, and recommend corrective actions when thresholds are exceeded.
    • Ensure compliance with NAICOM, SEC, and other regulatory bodies’ risk-related requirements.
    • Prepare and submit periodic risk reports to executive management and regulatory agencies.
    • Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate risk-related audits.
    • Oversee the development and testing of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.
    • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen operational resilience.
    • Build and lead a high-performing Risk Management team.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to risk staff.

    Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) and professional certifications (e.g., IRM, CRM) is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
    • At least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
    • Track record of developing and implementing risk management frameworks and strategies
