    Front Desk / Administrative Officer

    Position Overview

    • The Front Desk/Administrative Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
    • The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Reception Duties:

    • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
    • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.

    Administrative Support:

    • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
    • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.

    Customer Service:

    Office Management:

    Sales Representative

    Position Overview

    • The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.     • Experience in Real Estate Industry is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
