    Job Summary

    • The role involves lead generation, client engagement, market research, proposal preparation, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through installation and after-sales follow-up. The Solar Marketer also represents the company at outreach events, builds strong customer relationships, and contributes to brand visibility and market growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new sales leads for solar products and energy solutions through field marketing, referrals, and digital channels.
    • Present and explain proposals, quotations, and product specifications to clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
    • Carry out market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory requirements

    Who we are looking for:

    Business Development Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the solar energy
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients and
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors’ activities and potential opportunities for business expansion.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective
    • Collaborate with projects and CX teams to create effective strategies for lead generation and
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients,
    • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy market.
    • Work closely with the technical team to ensure a thorough understanding of our solar products and services

     Who we are looking for:

    • You must be a graduate with experience in the Solar energy industry
    • A post-graduate degree is an additional advantage
    • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Solar energy
    • Experience in writing proposal and making
    • Strong analytical
    • Strong organizational skills and interpersonal
    • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple customers
    • Strong written and oral communication
