• We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for a reputable travel agency in Lagos.
• The role involves building meaningful partnerships, creating tailored travel experiences, and expanding our client base among B2C and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients individuals, groups and HNIs with tailored travel solutions.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that position the agency as a trusted travel partner.
• Meet revenue goals through consistent outreach, networking, and market intelligence.
• Represent the agency professionally at client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client relations, ideally within travel, hospitality, or lifestyle services.
• Strong personal or professional network among HNIs or premium clients.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads independently and convert opportunities to business.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling French wine, alongside other products and services the business offers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships within the hospitality sector.
• Promote and sell French wine and related products.
• Support brand visibility through marketing activities and events

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing, (preferably within hospitality or beverages).
• Strong network in the hospitality and lifestyle industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
