    Area Sales Manager

    Job Purpose

    • Responsible for strategic implementation sales and marketing plan to maintain the visibility and sales of Topfeed products in market and to the consumer.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement and monitor sales & marketing plan to maintain market visibility and availability of Topfeed Products in the assigned area by supervising promotional activities and merchandising of product in major cities/farm centers.
    • Verify, review and recommend market data, information/intelligence report from farms, markets, consumer and stake holders in the assigned area to assist the management in decision making to keep Topfeed as the number one brand in feed milling business.
    • Assist distributors and farmers in the assigned area to timely resolve issues and manage the relationship while building confidence and loyalty to Topfeed products.
    • Identify new business opportunities for Topfeed to increase market share in the assigned area.
    • Perform other functions as instructed by the Management.

    Qualifications / Experience

    • B.Sc. or HND in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering or related disciplines
    • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.

    The Person Must:

    • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Be results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
    • Have solid understanding of agricultural or livestock-related industries.
    • Ability to work independently.

    Technology Deployment Officer - Premier Feed Mills

    PURPOSE

    Responsible for deployment and monitoring of modern technology by providing technical support to sales team to emplace confidence in Topfeeds products in the designated region.

    THE JOB

    • Implement and monitor technologically innovative programs and extend innovation/development to farmer by providing training and guidance to farmers on how to achieve best yield from Topfeeds products in the assigned region.
    • Responsible for monitoring the activities/journey plan of the Technology Deployment Officer in assigned region through adequate supervision of programs which supports B2B of Topfeeds products.
    • Provide Technical support to the sales team in the assigned region by swiftly responding to farm emergencies, actively participate in Go-To-Market (GTM) and other knowledge sharing sessions to improve the loyalty of farmers/customers to Topfeeds products.
    • Manage the technological interface between management and customers/farmers by collecting and collating data and reports from the field and reporting same to management for effective decision making.
    • Perform other functions as instructed by the Management.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Be proactive and solution-oriented.
    • Be organized and capable of planning, executing, and supervising field programs and product demonstrations.
    • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    •  Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or related qualification.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.

    Data Analyst - Premier Feed Mills

    PURPOSE

    The Data Analyst Officer supports data-driven decision-making by collecting, processing, and analyzing datasets to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities. This role contributes to the creation of dashboards, reports, and analytical models, and collaborates with various departments to translate data into actionable intelligence.

    THE JOB

    • Assist in gathering data from primary (e.g., internal systems – Production, maintenance, and Warehouses) sources.
    • Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
    • Work closely with Manufacturing Excellence Manager to interpret initial insights and shape further investigations.
    • Develop and update interactive dashboards and routine reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
    • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support departmental and organizational goals.
    • Maintain documentation for data sources, queries, models, and analytical approaches to ensure transparency, compliance, and reproducibility.
    • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business units to understand data needs, support reporting requirements, and ensure appropriate data access.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Be proficient in data visualization and BI tools.
    • Be adaptable and eager to learn.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.Sc. in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
