    Job Summary

    • Driving Innovation and strategies for sales growth in retail pharmacy

    Responsibilities

    • Provides pharmaceutical care through a thorough review of prescriptions as well as through patient counselling for maximum benefits
    • efficiently organize the pharmacy for easy identification of drugs and sundries
    • Maintain full control over inventory movement to prevent product deterioration and expiry
    • Drive the marketing and sale of services like rapid health checks
    • Drive innovation and keep the company abreast of recent trends in the Health Sector

    Pharmacy Technician

    Job Description

    • Support pharmacist to prepare and dispense prescriptions.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update daily sales records.
    • Ensure to receive and put incoming supplies on shelves.
    • Rotate stock, move older medication to front shelf use prior to expiration date.
    • Ensure appropriate approval on the expenses used for the daily running of the business.
    • Respond to telephone calls, providing general information and route varied calls to apt party.
    • Support pharmacist with all inventory through counting drugs plus supplies.
    • Maintain a clean and well-arranged shelves.
    • Ensure pharmacy is always well arranged and clean.

    Requirements

    • Certification / Degree in Sciences
    • CHEW certification
    • Analytical and problem solving skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    Finance Lead

    Job Summary

    Overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations as well as drive improvements to procedures and controls.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate record for all the source documents used for daily financial transactions.
    • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliation statements for the company.
    • Perform POS reconciliation with the bank and ensure compliance with agreed POS charges.
    • Ensure appropriate approval on the expenses used for the daily running of the business.
    • Perform oversight function on the activities of petty cash expenses.
    • Posting of all the expenses head to appropriate heading in the system
    • Maintaining payable and receivable balance in the system.
    • Maintaining fixed assets registered in the system
    • Liaise with external auditor on financial-related issues.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting
    • Professional qualification will be an added advantage
    • A minimum of 2-4 years work experience in similar role
    • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
    • The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
    • The capacity to make quick but rational decisions
    • The ideal candidate MUST be resident in OPIC estate, Kara, Berger or environs.
    • Knowledge of quick books is an added advantage
    • High numeracy and sound technical skills
    • Problem-solving skills and initiative
