Events Architects is a creative-led, design, production and experience-driven events + brand activation agency based in Nigeria. We help companies communicate, motivate, engage and express their brand personality. We create stunning Corporate, Brand and Entertainment events. Responsibilities

• Manage project progress and adapt necessary work strategies where required.
• Prepare detailed pre/post event reports on all activities carried out during client driven projects and our business initiatives.
• Ensure all projects meet deadlines as communicated with clients and all relevant stakeholders.
• Oversees different initiatives or projects, monitors their progress/completion, and ensures that they meet agreed expectations.
• Work directly with vendors and clients to negotiate contracts for various services and products related to the event.
• Preparation of proposal to clients for proposed event.
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 15 years work experience as an event Manager
