    Your tasks

    • Advice on cross-border restructuring and financing concepts, international group tax law, foreign tax law, company acquisitions and sales Tax structuring of corporate transactions and reorganizations, identification of tax risks in the context of tax due diligence and conducting negotiations with sellers and Support of multinational companies in the planning, implementation and documentation of transfer pricing systems, the structuring of cross-border value creation processes as well as the support of tax audits, mutual agreement procedures and advance pricing agreements (APA) Management of complex tax projects, coordination of various audit and consulting assignments as well as motivation of your team members and promotion of their professional and personal development

    What you bring to the table — skills that will help you shape the future

    • At least five years of professional experience in international tax consulting, ideally with a specialization in transfer pricing or transaction projects Degree in Economics or Law or Degree in Finance, ideally passed tax  exam - CTIN
    • Very good communication skills in English.

    Manager, Manager, Regulatory Compliance

    The opportunity

    • As a Regulatory Manager, you will be a part of our Tax Practice. 
    • You will be part of a team who identifies planning opportunities to help clients fulfill compliance responsibilities, avoid penalties as well as minimize tax burdens.

    Your key responsibilities

    • As a manager, you will advise on multiple and challenging Regulatory and tax advisory engagements and to contribute to the delivery of innovative tax and regulatory planning ideas for our diverse clients.

    To qualify for the role you must have

    • Bachelor's degree in law (at least a second-class upper division)
    • Minimum of 6 years of relevant regulatory compliance experience or equivalent experience in business or industry
    • Excellent managerial, organizational and written communication skills.

    Staff , ITTS-Transfer Pricing

    Job summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our Transfer Pricing team.
    • The ideal candidate should have a hands-on experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking studies, completing transfer pricing returns and supporting with advisory and controversy projects.
    • This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and gain exposure to complex international tax issues.

    Key responsibilities

    • Assist with the accurate filing of transfer pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting related obligations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
    • Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports, including Master Files, Local Files, and review of Country-by-Country Reports in compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
    • Conduct economic and functional analyses to support transfer pricing positions.
    • Perform benchmarking and comparability studies using databases and other research tools.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics or Law or a related field with a minimum of second class (upper division) or its equivalent.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in transfer pricing.
    • Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations.
    • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Job Overview

    Qualifications & Experience

    • A bachelor’s degree (minimum second-class upper division or equivalent) in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
    • Professional certifications: Membership in ICAN, ACCA or CITN is mandatory.
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in indirect tax, preferably in a Big 4 firm or professional services firm.
    • Strong understanding of indirect tax principles, local and international VAT regulations, and Customs & Excise Duty laws.
    • Proven ability to manage complex indirect tax projects, including compliance, advisory, controversy resolution, and risk mitigation.
    • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex tax regulations.
