JOB SUMMARY

Our client, a Gas Plant is looking for good a good cashier. The Ideal candidate should be able to manage all financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage transactions using cash registers
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts
• Resolve all complaints resulting from financial transactions, guide them and provide relevant information
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Minimum of 2 years working experience as Cashier
• Minimum of OND in accounting or related field
• Excellent usage of the Microsoft office suites. especially Excel
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide necessary support to customers to help meet their needs
• Answer customers’ questions about specific company’s products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Resolve all complaints concerning products for customers
• Stay up-to-date with new products/service
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• BSc / HND certification required
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good math skills
• Strong communication Skills
