Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tender/bid documents
• Develop structured, compliant proposal submissions
• Interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
• Coordinate inputs across Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement & Project Teams
• Support clarification meetings and commercial discussions
• Ensure timely bid submission and maintain proposal records
• Prepare monthly proposal activity reports

Requirements

• B.Eng / HND in Engineering or related discipline
• 5 – 7 years experience in proposals, estimating, or tendering (engineering/industrial environment)
• Strong knowledge of bidding processes and tender analysis
• Ability to interpret drawings and perform cost analysis
• Good understanding of commercial terms and contract principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimating tools
• Professional membership is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze ITB documents, drawings, specifications, and commercial terms
• Prepare BOQs, pricing schedules, and structured tender submissions
• Assist in developing fabrication/construction rates and cost build‑ups
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE & Finance
• Participate in clarification meetings with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Support internal tender reviews and provide necessary documentation
• Maintain tender databases, pricing archives, and estimating tools
• Assist in contract handover and provide basic commercial support during execution

Requirements

• B.Eng / HND in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline
• 5–7 years’ experience in estimating within EPC, oil & gas, fabrication, construction, or industrial projects
• Good understanding of cost build‑up, quantity take‑off, and rate development
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating/pricing tools
• Basic understanding of commercial terms and procurement processes
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound documentation ability
• Professional membership (NIQS, COREN, PMI, AACE, etc.) is an added advantage.
